Carpets in bedroom were severely stained and had hard water.

Exceptional staff who were eager to make my stay great. They all worked together like family, had respect for one another & me.

The hotel is not aging well. Wallpaper is starting to buckle & quite humid inside.

The rooms smelled like mold. They put me in three different rooms and they all smelled. The lady at the front argued and said the second room didn’t smell and that the first one did. I think she was use to the smell and couldn’t smell it anymore. Another guest said she had connecting rooms and one smelled and one didn’t. The last one we decided to stay in and I asked for a spray to neutralize the smell and hopefully fall asleep. There was a crack at the top of the ceiling that had already been patched before. That hotel has problems and they are well aware of it despite some of the staff acting like they had no idea.

Location and cleanliness

The first roo.m we were assigned the bed broke when we sat on it and there was trash under the bed. The hotel representative was very nice and switched our room right away. And the second room The bed was very uncomfortable Room had a very bad musky smell
