Pillows were terrible. Digital key didn’t work. My daughter’s room even a standard key wouldn’t work and maintenance was only way to get in her room. Weirdest shower I have ever had with shower control at a place where you couldn’t reach in a start it to warm up without getting wet.

My room was very spacious and comfortable. The property was under construction, but still looked good. The toilet ran though after flushing it and it was annoying. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.

Our room was clean, spacious, beds were very comfortable, nice lobby with restaurant. Breakfast buffet or off menu is available. Fresh cucumber ice water or strawberry ice water avaiable. Staff is polite, friendly, professional. It’s a lovely place to stay.

We had a problem in the room initially and after notifying the front desk they moved us to another room. All is good now. The breakfast is not included but you have a choice of the buffet or order off the menu. They provide cucumber water and cookies in the afternoon. The lobby and surrounding areas are very clean. The stag is professional and friendly.

It was older and needed work. It was being remodeled. The accommodations were lacking. I was charged full price for a room and accommodation that were under construction. U should be working on certain floors at a time as to not upset the clients stay.

The hotel was nice overall. I didn't like that there was hair in the tub.

Comforter set had a stain. Shower and sink in room was stopped up and would now drain properly. Asked for towels at the front desk and if took over 2 hours for us to get them. The breakfast buffet is $14 which is ridiculous. Had to go to the front desk to get a new room key twice because mines stopped working.

Nice lobby. Renovating room areas. No baseboards in hallway makes it look ratty. Dirty carpet in hallway. Room itself very nice. Very noisy air traffic about 3 am and I was on second floor.

Property was being renovated, we were not told when we booked the room… Staff was very nice. 2 vehicles were broken into in the parking lot overnight while we were there.

The staff and food was amazing. The room was clean and quiet. The hotel is in the middle of upgrade but the carpet in hall way was dirty and the molding was coming off. Overall a good stay. I was a bit surprised how dirty the hallway was n the condition of the carpet.

The 1st room that I was given the internet for the tv was not working and hotel was doing some remodeling on the base broads. The front desk lady changed my room to another one with internet service so thr tv can screem for nexflix

I usually don’t like to complain but we got in late around 11:30pm and got to our room to notice the bathroom wasn’t clean. There was urine all over the base of the toilet, hair in the shower and sink, and the floors didn’t look mopped. If we were not exhausted and it wasn’t 12:00 we would have requested a new room. I had to clean it the best I could to get by for the night. The price we paid was too high for the hotel room not to be clean.

It was located at alot of shopping and restaurants. The bar was convenient but costly and the outdoor area was nice. I didnt like the remodeling going on which i thought should of been noted on the website. The noise from the hiway or road was terrible and it was noisy in the evening.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and while I believe my room was recently renovated, there were some strange issues that should have probably been resolved before renting the room to me. The bed felt very loose, like it was poorly assembled. There wasn’t a plastic liner on the shower curtain, so every time I showered the bathroom floor got soaked. The phone on the nightstand didn’t work. The door was very difficult to open and close, almost like it was dragging along the floor. In my 4 night stay, my bed was only made once. The room I booked had a single king bed, this room had (2) double beds. The thermostat on the wall was more of a decoration and didn’t control the mini-split. Fortunately I could adjust the temperature from the front of the mini-split. The door that leads out to the parking lot at the rear of the building had a poorly adjusted closer, so it slammed very loudly every time someone used it. I understand that this hotel is still a work in progress, but there was a bunch of little issues that should have been resolved quickly and easily.

Hilton needs to consider if this place still meets their standards. It’s a bit rough around the edges compared to most we stay at.

I don't think it's fair for the review to negatively impact the hotel. All staff members were polite and helpful. The area is well lit and feels safe to be in. The only downfall is the hotel is undergoing renovations. I get it. It happens. I just wish I knew when I booked. The hotel internet connection for streaming was down which also affected the room controls. You also could not search the TV guide as nothing previewed what was showing. I'll definitely give it another go when renovations are complete.

Got there and had to wait for a room to become available. Once I received a room wasn’t given any amenities or told of anything local in the area. The guy with the red stripe in his head just gave us our room key .. carpet on the floor was extremely dirty also

Good stay. But housekeeping did not clean my room on Saturday, nor did they replace room with lean towels. Disappointed.

The room, common areas, staff, and breakfast were all top notch! My family also loved the sweet tea and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies in the evenings!

Their computer system was down so could not get card keys right away. The rug in our room was wet had to move ourselves to another room. TV internet didnt work at all during our stay. The hotel was under renovation so hall rugs were very dirty

This property is under construction for renovations so the halls are a mess and it's noisy from the construction workers. They did have a sign in the lobby that the renovations were going on, but I wish I had known this before booking so that I could have picked a nicer hotel. We need a nap after a long drive but the noise kept us from resting. The area around the hotel doesn't seem to nice or safe. Luckily we're just staying here one night.

Great property, super clean, comfortable beds. Looked like 5th floor was being remodeled. But that was fine. No noise. Great experience. Would stay again.

Room was hot. The AC wasn't working at all. I just left and didnt say anything sorry but i will want a refund.

The property was very nice and in a great location by everything you need. Parking was a little hectic with having to park in the back but was very safe.

It is clearly a hotel in decline. It looks old and worn out. The carpet around the AC unit was soaking wet. We needed a place to spend the night so it was ok, but not worth $200 per night. On the upside, it is right next of IKEA if you would like to visit and it was quiet during the night.
