Great place to stay with family. Front office staff is really friendly!!

The stay was very pleasant, the staff was courteous and the property was very well maintained. We stayed there for 3 days 2 nights, enjoyed the serene nature surrounding the property. The food at the restaurant was excellent as well.

A beautiful hotel with a fantastic swimming pool and great SPA. I had one of the bungalow rooms which looked out over the pool with its own patio and it was perfect. Only marked down on comfort due to the pillows on the bed , I am very fussy but to plump and not enough give but then that is probably just me! Upside or down is that no alcohol is served at this hotel so after a long hot day discovering the beauty of Kerala you might find this a disappointment. Food (I had the evening buffet) was excellent with plenty of choice of local dishes but also catered to more western tastes as well if that is what you prefer. Only real downside was a very unreliable wi-fi (I was here on business , I know lucky me!) which made it very difficult to complete any work. I would also suggest downloading or bringing many books with you as very little locally without taking a taxi, but wow what a lovely place to just relax and chill and breath in the wonderful backwaters air.

Exceptional experience, great stay for families. Very good staff , ready to full fill the needs any time during the stay with a smile. Kids and senior citizen family enjoyed the stay alike. Will definitely comeback again.

Fantastic view to the lake, helpful staff, good dining. But facility is a little dated. Bathroom shower head was weak. Overall enjoyed our stay but a little over priced.

A very cozy place to stay.. we choose the lake view cottage and the sunset from the room is simply awesome. The resort has a very huge pool in front of every cottage making the stay amazing. Good quality food and the biriyani is worth trying. Authentic Ayurvedic spa with Sauna make the stay incredible .

It’s a very over rated and inflated hotel on the ratings ,,,very bad hotel in terms of house keeping -we had to literally beg them to clean our room everyday .Food taste is very very bad ,I had never seen such a bad breakfast spread in my life .Every time I asked for coconut water for room service ,they will say -we have to get them from outside .They never replace cups or glasses in the room even after you ask them repeatedly.

We loved our stay here. The restaurant was particularly good. We visited a couple of other hotels for dinner around the area but this was by far the best food. The pool was amazing and very clean as were the rooms. All staff were great and we visited the spa too.

The staff at this hotel are unfaultable! I was not well following a meal i had outside the resort and the staff went over and above the norm to ensure i was ok and even sent out for some dry crackers. The facilities were beautiful and so clean! We stayed overlooking the huge pool which was cleaned regularly and the food options were great. The boating excusions were interesting and peaceful. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting kerala for a few days of true relaxation. 10/10 would stay again.

The most relaxing stay. The service was great and friendly. The hotel arranged a wonderful 2 hour early morning boat trip to experience the backwaters. Also our taxi return to the airport. It took 3 hours due to the busy roads, so leave plenty of time. We didn’t leave the hotel for 3 days!! We also had a yoga lesson, with a very attentive teacher.

The setting and positioning of the poolside rooms was very attractive. They are rightly very proud of the beautiful swimming pool with restaurant overlooking it.m

Beautiful property in the middle of nature. The gardens and pool were very nice. The food was excellent and a family favorite of all our travels this trip, including Mumbai. Bangalore, and Chennai. Staff very helpful, we forgot my daughters earrings there and the night receptionist, Mr. Kuku, was kind enough to mail/post it to a relative in India. The food manager was also exceptional, very concerned about our food needs and even packed a breakfast meal because we had to checkout early morning. Short but excellent stay, would recommend to others.

as per the pricing we expected it to be a great resorts, food what very pricing but not good to have, ice cream feels like out dated. nothing as per the rates for this resorts. no extra activity within this property. the best thing for the resort is the bathroom and large swimming pool.

We had an extended Kerala trip amd our stay at Kumarkom, Park Regis Aveda was the highlight of our 9 day trip. They were very accomodating and fulfilled all our requests. From upgrading the room to providing a late checkout. The resort itself was so amzing that we didnt need to step out of our cocoon. Its located at the water's edge and is a sprawling resort. The only regret is we didn't stay longer here. Definitely going back..!!

The layout of the resort is the most beautiful I have seen. The giant infinity pool stretching towards the lake is gorgeous. The villas were very comforting and relaxing amidst the natural beauty. I also liked when we were on our boat ride how the resort had a low profile on the shoreline amidst the natural beauty.The staff was friendly and great. I also like the traditional dance we witnessed during dinner.

Overall experience was very good. Staff are extremely friendly and hospitable. Quality of food is excellent. Enjoyed the massage. Room air conditioning was not good but hotel changed rooms quickly. Refrigerator in one room had to be changed. Beds can be more comfortable.
