Our stay was from 10/26 thru 10/27.
Couldn't sit on the balcony because the door would only open about 2 inches. Something was wrong with the metal latch.
Exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work.
No ice machine to be found. Vending machines didn't have bottle of cold water.

We really liked staying at the Spinnaker! The room had a small kitchen so we were able to eat and have coffee in the room. The location was great and basically on the boardwalk - within walking distance of everything you would want. We would definitely go back.

I was looking forward to having a small kitchen just for preparing breakfast and easy lunches. Unfortunately even though the appliances were nice and definitely usable, the layout of the space was awkward. There was no counter space at all. You had to plug one item in at a time to use it. No coffee making and toast making at the same time. You can’t unplug the fridge! The table is on the opposite side of the room. The microwave is on top of the fridge. I’m 5’1” and could barely reach it. It was all frustrating but I managed. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom small but a really nice tub/shower. All I all I was happy enough and had a great vacation. Oh and the young lady with the cleaning service was very sweet.

From check in to check out every person we came in contact with was so nice and helpful! Best customer service I have ever had at all the places we have stayed in OC. Room was clean and AC cold upon arrival. View of beach and boardwalk excellent. Only steps away from beach and boardwalk. Parking was easy and elevators were fast. Pool was chilly and sundeck with lounges and umbrella tables. Everything was clean! This will be where we vacation for years to come!

We visit Ocean City every summer. This was our first stay at The Spinnaker. We were very happy with the spacious room! We had enough space to store our bicycles so we didn’t have to lock them outside. The kitchen was nice to have, but did not have many utensils or pans available. Our only minor criticisms are the TV was confusing, and the outlets didn’t all work (they were loose and probably just worn out). Parking was very convenient and we were in a perfect location for the OC Air Show. Overall we recommend staying here.

The hotel was very close to the boardwalk and beach. Parking was very convenient. There were several restaurants close by. The staff was very nice and helpful. The pool and deck area were great. The room was very spacious and clean. A great stay overall.

Great location! Only a few steps to the beach and boardwalk. Was able to park in the lot earlier than check in and was called at 1pm for our room as opposed to the normal 4pm check in.
Our room was clean, the only negative is the rugs are dirty. You wouldn't know by looking at them but our feet were black. Wear some shoes to avoid this. I hope they replace the rugs with laminate to avoid this in the future.
I would definitely stay here again for a weekend.

We stay at the Spinnaker for the annual airshow. Literally 1/2 block to the beach, great breakfast at Malia's onsite. Staff is always very helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. All at a good price, even for the airshow weekend

Our room was clean. Kitchenette was functional (we did cook in it many days) but dated & could use a little TLC in the near future. Bathroom was clean. Only negative feedback is that the wall mounted AC unit is in desperate need of cleaning as the fan fins were pretty black & smelled of mold, clothes dresser & central nightstand drawers would not stay closed once items were placed inside. We wedged paper on the sides to keep them closed. Easy fix with maybe some shims, but we don’t carry those in our suitcases.

Front desk staff was WONDERFUL!
Food at restaurant was good.
However, once in our room, our feet were black from the carpet.When we notified front desk, they discounted the room and gave us breakfast vouchers.
The cleaning staff cleaned the carpet but left the door wide open afterwards with all of our belongings inside. Once notified, the hotel refunded a night. They were extremely accommodating!
The bathroom tub grout needed a deep clean.

The cleaning staff were very nice. Location to the beach is wonderful especially for the price. You can catch the tram to go anywhere on the board walk you wish 5$ per person each way. Wish there was a warmer pool with shallow end for kids is all. If you want someplace to sleep close to the beach its perfect.

Our family had a great time at the property. The front desk staff was pleasant along with the housekeeping staff too. The location right off the boardwalk was perfect for us and we appreciated the easy access to the beach. The little restaurant wasn't bad either they had on site. We had a quick breakfast there and we appreciated the standard pricing vs the beach penalty most places hit you with.
The room was clean with a fairly updated bathroom which we loved. Bedding was acceptable and our room had a great view of both the inlet and ocean.
The one area I would update are the little plastic chairs on the balconies. Some of them are falling apart and had to be replaced.
Overall a good stay and we will be back for another one this fall

Nice location on the boardwalk with some shopping right near by and quick drive if don’t want to walk to rides. A lot of food and shopping walking distance. Hotel room was good, AC worked good, shower and hot water good, kids liked the pool. No complaints as family had a great time.

Our stay was very nice! The room was spacious and CLEAN! There were 5 of us but it had room to sleep 6. Beds were very comfortable. Steps away from the boardwalk and beach. Friendly staff. We will be going back.

The view was pretty. It was a side view but the still nice to see the ocean for the price. Also the walk to the beach was very short. Very tiny rooms but doesn’t matter if you don’t stay in room the whole time. The only thing that was a bother, was you couldn’t smoke on the balcony. There was an area you could smoke so that was really inconvenient. Although you could smell pot everywhere. And the elevator was pretty scary at times. But it’s an old building so to be expected

Our biggest issue was the water turning off and on as we are showering over the course of our stay. The staff was very apologetic and even credited me some of my money back. At one point, they even offered another room, but I didn’t feel like moving at that point. The Room was decent enough to stay in And the price was reasonable for the location.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We were there for four nights. Parking was great, we never had terrible finding a spot. The proximity to the beach was amazing. The air conditioner worked very well. We never heard any of our neighbors. Can't wait to go back. We won't stay anywhere else!
