Location is perfect for me.
Staff are always so helpful.

57 hotel is a great hotel to stay in , near good transport links, Central Station and the light rail, also lots of buses pass through the area.
Plenty of eating places in the area.
Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Bernadette who went the extra mile, 57 Hotel is my go to hotel when I stay in Sydney, I would recommend this hotel .

The 57 Hotel is a great hotel close to trains and light rail, easy to get to city with lots of places to eat near by. Staff at the hotel are very helpful and friendly especially Bernadette who went the extra mile. It is my go to hotel when I visit Sydney. I Would recommend this hotel to stay at if you visit Sydney.

Stayed at 57 Hotel for 1 night was going to the Coldplay concert.
Fantastic, well priced hotel in a fantastic location close to Central.
Staff are extremely friendly, tea, coffee and cold water available on the ground floor. We will be back

I really liked this hotel. The location is excellent & close to all of the main CBD features. The room was perfectly functional. The only issues I personally had was that the bed wasn't comfortable for me (it felt like it wasn't flat & was higher in the middle & rolled out to the edge) & the shower, whilst fantastic, just didn't have much to stop it from spreading around near the toilet & well beyond the shower recess. Apart from that, I would highly recommend it :-).

The hotel was nice and convenient for central Sydney. The lobby was particularly good as they offered free hot drinks and a small continental breakfast offering.
The room was large and clean and had a comfy bed.
There was just one unusual thing which was the separation of the bathroom to the bedroom. It had big glass windows with the room curtains only at the bathroom divider and none on the actual outside window in the bathroom. So this made it hard to make sure no light came through and also meant the bathroom felt exposed. Just put up a blind on that bathroom window and it would all be sorted :)

Fantastic hotel. Perfect location, so close to Central Station and the wonderful Surry Hills area of Sydney. Great rooms with super comfy beds and plenty space. Great waterfall showers. All the staff are so helpful

Can’t really fault, excellent location less than 5 minutes walk from central station, eateries, pubs and groceries nearby, room was clean and quiet, only negative no face wash towels

Can't believe they told me the deposit would be automatically returned immediately on check out and yet it is still sitting there unrefunded a week later. Not acceptable.

I stay here often and it is usually good. Great location and rooms are small but ok. The air-conditioning could do with some maintenance and sometimes the bathrooms are not as clean as they should be. Hot water and shower could be improved.

Great location at an affordable price. The only average rating I can give is on bedroom TVs. They're not very good but that's like most hotels so it's not really a big issue. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and a decent size. I often stay in Sydney and this is a place I book time and time again. I'd recommend it to anyone thinking about staying in Sydney.

This hotel was picked by another party for me, so I had no idea what to expect. It was easy to check-in and the staff were very friendly. The room was plenty big enough for me and was nice and clean, although there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. There is a coffee machine in the foyer, but I could not work out how to use and some of the other guests had the same problem. Overall though, a good experience.

Fantastic stay in Sydney. Clean and comfortable and very well located - just a short walk to the train station. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was small - not a lot of space for suitcases etc but this was what we expected. We would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed here twice when going and coming from Sydney. Very convenient location by train, tram, market and restaurants. Hotel was modern, clean and comfortable. Rooms were small and lacked charging places and shower set up has water going everywhere. Bathroom in general needs more privacy and better lighting.

Convenient location. I arrived early in the morning after a night bus ride, but the staff wouldn't allow me to access a room earlier unless I pay a $40 extra starting only at 11:00 instead of 14pm. Night front desk clerk was quite unwelcoming, and the room was too chilly at night when you closed the (noisy) heat - no warmer bed sheet in the room as well. All-day free coffee and tea was pleasant though.

Perfect location for our overnight stay before an early train departure from Central Station. The breakfast “bites” were much appreciated for an early start. Plenty of nearby dinner options too.
