The area is fantastic for a short break with lots of amenities and things to do. The hotel was okay but lacked service. The room was cleaned but the towels and linen were not changed. Neither were the toiletries

A wonderful surprise! A coupe blocks from beach, wonderful food. Samantha at the front desk was incredible.

Rooms are nice but extremely small. The location was fantastic!! And the staff very nice and helpful and the breakfast was good. We did not use any of the hotel ammenities. Do wish they would just include everything in the price instead of nickle and diming everything - a few euros a day to use the in room safe, a few more per day to use the in room fridge, etc.

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good and plentiful but dont expect a fry-up, its more continental but still very good.Family room is too small for a family of four. Two double beds pushed together with only a tiny space either side. More suitable for 2 people.Bathroom is very small.If you have a room on the road side it is very noisy

Great location, but inconvenient if you drive. Main entrance and the bigger hotel sign are on a pedestrian street, while on the main adjacent street is a small sign lost between other businesses and easily to be missed. Also parking is quite a challenge and the paid ones not too close.

Lovely hotel about 2 mins walk from the beach. Rooms are kept very clean and tidy. The staff are always happy to help at any time of day. The rooftop Jacuzzi is secluded and relaxing, but getting them to start can be a bit confusing. The bar is nice if not a little small. Only things I'd say need improvement are, let people know they need to turn the rooms electric with their key, the wifi is very intermittent and i wasn't too happy about having to pay for a fridge/iron/safe. But overall I'd happily stay there again.

located in the center of Salou, near the train station. 5 min walk to the beach. Room was spacious and clean, bathroom rather small. Room doors a bit loud when closing. Had a fridge, free WiFi, free safe deposit box. There are Jacuzzis and a bar on the roof. I liked the breakfast, a lot to choose from, nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

Food was fab,service was brilliant. Rooftop jacuzzi & bar was a nice calm from the crowds on the beach. Good location for a quieter holiday than town centre. Would stay again

Great place to stay, friendly staff, next to the beach,bus stop, taxi, breakfast is great, food at the bar is great! The beer could have been colder pherhaps! shop and restaurants. Only complaint would be with the hotel's internet which is very slow and sometimes doesn't even work! if you really need don't count on it!

Extremely nice personal at the hotel! Upgraded from ordinary room to suite when we arrived. Short way from train station (7 minutes), and just 3 minutes walking to the beach. Spar market just beside the hotel with all you need for the stay:) The breakfast could be more exciting. Clean and nice rooms at the hotel. Didn't know when the bar on the rooftop was open, but when it was open, you could buy drinks and snacks. Minus with the bar, cash only. Nice area on the street outside the hotel as well. Should have upgraded with more comfortable seats, and sign with pictures of the menu- also picture of the rooftop- to easier gather people to join. There was in periods very quiet- or no people at the rooftop.

The rooms are great, bathrooms are perfect with a massive shower and have everything you need. Our room had two queen beds which you would think may take up a lot of room but the rooms are still very spacious and I love the idea of having to queen beds in the one room! Lastly the staff were awesome, very helpful with any request and spoke fluently in english. Asked to change to a room with a view and they supplied it with no issues. This hotel should not be rated 3 stars, it should be at least 4 stars or even more. Will be back again!!!

We liked the hotel a lot, but the main reason we chose it because based on the description it looked like it had (paid) parking - however, the parking was off site and the hotel was in the middle of a pedestrian area which didn't work well for us since we were planning on using our car. Anyway - apart from that it was great. Location close to restaurants, very friendly and helpful staff and nice clean room. Would recommend as long as you don't need your car.

Salou is a lovely place, beautiful beaches and excellent for shopping. Night life is buzzing. I would definitely visit again!

Great room with massive beds, couldnt have been more happy. Excellent spa facilities on the roof top, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
