Cough side table had some sort of sticky residue all sound half the premier. Almost like a barbecue sauce that wasn’t cleaned from who knows when. Also the toilet paper roll fell off the wall and we were unable to get it reattached.
Otherwise all was great.

Wow 5 star stay! Checkin/out was super easy & they had the most friendly staff we have experienced in years. Normally late hour desk employees are miserable but this lady was so sweet & even refilled the hot water for us to make hot chocolate before bed. Our bed was so comfortable [very hard to find] The breakfast spread in the morning was hands down the best I've seen. We travel a lot for work so this review is not an exaggeration! We got in later than expected otherwise I would have taken advantage of the pool! Putting this place on my favorites list because we will be back!

The room itself was fine. But the bed was horrible. Lumpy, uneven, and generally not in good shape. The pillows were pretty much useless as they were flat ad held no shape at all. Not my favorite stay for the price.

We enjoyed a quiet, comfortable stay. The room was well appointed with all the necessary amenities. For us, it was convenient to the areas of Nashua that we often frequented during our stay. The staff was friendly and professional and handled all of our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was cozy, clean, and convenient both room and lobby. Having a room with a kitchen was definitely a plus for cooking meals. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was diverse and excellent.

It is a very dated hotel, but if you need a budget friendly (and pet friendly) hotel with a kitchenette, then this fits the bill. The mattresses were comfortable, but the other furniture (couch, chair, etc) was very worn and not comfortable at all. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was typical for a budget hotel.

Really impressed with the hotel. Very new and clean; nice outside area for breakfast. Beds really comfortable and pullout sofa also comfy for picky sleepers

Stayed near family for a visit. The hotel was good and conveniently close. The only thing that was lacking for me in the room was one or two channels on the room TV for sports viewing in the evening.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful pool, large room with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with many handicapped friendly features. My only concern is one that encompasses all hotels and that is: Why do they put handicapped persons on the upper floors. We recently experienced a fire alarm at another hotel and had to descend three flights of stairs. Of course we could not use our walker because the elevators were closed. I recommend that all handicapped rooms be on the first floor. I will gladly stay again at this fine hotel

Well the Breakfast buffet was great check in was good but they need to do something about the housekeeping cause the way they got it set I received one light touch and when time for full service it was time for me too check out and I stayed 5 nights I think it should be full service halfway thru my stay

Really nice facilities and clean, comfortable rooms, easy to navigate fwy and plenty of restaurants nearby as well as a Trader Joes and some shopping...and a Barnes & Noble. Also, there was a 24 hour restaurant within about 1.5 miles

Amazing place to stay! Check in was easy just id needed with reservations. Friendly staff! Clean hotel with a lot of amenities! Basketball court and 24 he fitness center, oh heated pool! Breakfast was hot fresh and staff present to help with anything! Definitely will stay again!

The property was clean but the bed was a little sunken in on one side. My main complaint was the dirty serving dishes and lids for condiments for breakfast which had not been wiped for a while. They were disgusting and made me wonder what else was not being cleaned. There was one lady working and she sat in the dining area and checked her phone or talked to other staff the entire time I had breakfast both mornings. Her attitude was so entitled and lazy I was appalled. It brought down the entire reputation of the hotel in my mind. There’s no room service or in-hotel dining, I believe, but they do have arrangement's with restaurants and delivery company in the area
