Great location.
Air conditioning wasn’t working so there were dank odors covered by a sickening fruity perfume smell. Seemed clean, not pristine. I luckily was able to change my room to a room with functioning ac although it was still gross in the hallways.

The bartender was great especially since he was all alone. He worked his butt off.
Breakfast should have been better for such a hotel.

Location is convenient
Well when you pay for and reserve a king size room you expect it to be just that when we checked in we were told. Sorry you're in a double queen. Meanwhile, the two people that were being checked in next to us they got a king. The person behind them got a king and the person behind them got a king when I asked. Is there anything that you can do? And no you should have booked directly through us. There was no apology. There was no voucher for a free breakfast or anything, just too bad for you.
Oh and they told us they would put us on a quiet floor. Yeah with the dogs barking all night and the kids running up and down the hall it was not quiet

The hotel had no TV channels,the so called restaurant/ bar had only 3 items. The pool was part of a
Athletic club. Didint get to use pool cause of swimming lessons and the hot tub was being used by children when it stated no use for 16 and under. We felt like we were treated different. had no microwaves in the rooms. There was no room Service, or the continental breakfast consisted of 3 different items .the only microwave was in the lobby so you walked by everybody checking in. For the money you spend you expect more.

My room keys didn't work when I came back late at night with my children. Had to go back down to get my keys working. My room also wasn't cleaned during the day, so after I had already gone down from the seventh floor to get my keys fixed, I had to go back down and get clean towels for my family to use because we had an early start the next day.

early evening Food service was exceptional but then microwaved eggs at breakfast were terrible. Nice to get a refrigerator, as advertised, but no microwave & only 1 chair seemed odd for a whole weekend stay!
Hiking from the parking lot to front lobby, taking the elevator to correct floor and then needing to walk the length of the building (30 + rooms & 4 exit signs) seemed a bit much for an elderly couple (one 75 & using a cane!) 2 trips to lower level parking lot, no available cart for luggage & not ever greeted, then housed on a floor with a college hockey team demonstrated an unacceptable lack of attention to clientele. Bathroom was poorly designed with an internal 2 door closet just inside the bathroom door which required interesting manuvers to get doors open & closed. The 3 doors crowded into the bathroom entrance make getting clothing diffficult if someone else is at the sink/mirror. Hotel is new, with a spectacular initial presentation not one of the drivers in our party could find how to acess the hotel's driveway. We all arrived by using other business's driveways or service roads. Didn't see the specatular entrance until we were leaving!
