Construction happening at hotel made me getting to my room from main entrance a tad far

When we arrived, we were notified that the trundle on our bunk bed was missing because their new mattresses had not come in. We purposely booked the family suite so it would have the trundle for our 3rd child. My daughter had to sleep on the very uncomfortable pullout couch. The property did give us free parking, though that hardly made up for it, as there were several other issues with the room. One of the lights didn't work, there was a missing lamp, and even though we booked 3 months in advance, we were put in a room overlooking the basketball courts (and could hear the ball being bounced from our room). No one ever notified us of the trundle situation prior to arriving. The next day, the hotel offered to have us move rooms after we were already unpacked. We were on our way out to Disneyland, so we declined. When we arrived back from our first day at Disneyland, the room was not made up. I called and asked why we didn't receive room service and the front desk said you have to request it. What?! No one ever told us this, either! The people at the front desk had an attitude when we complained, so that was also annoying.

Rooms are comfortable and clean; the staff is friendly & helpful. One of the better hotel fitness rooms I’ve used (all the equipment worked, and they have dumbbells & a cable machine in addition to cardio equipment). The pool/recreational area is great as well. A very well-maintained location overall.

Loud and in need of an update. Free breakfast buffet.. however this location caters to Disney. So 100+ kids and parents dominate the breakfast area and you can’t get anything to eat. I’m sure you know this for sure.

Hotel is ok. Liked having the kitchen, full size fridge is nice. Air conditioner in the bedroom was loud. Front desk not the friendliest. Beds weren’t comfortable but not terrible.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Our room comfortably accommodated our party of 4. Breakfast was perfect to grab before heading to the parks. Can’t wait to stay here again. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Hotel is comfortable, older, about to start remodel but nothing as of yet so rooms are a bit old and worn. The staff were all great, friendly and check in, check out were a breeze. I look forward to staying again after the remodel!

We really enjoy staying here and recommend this for anyone on a budget and visiting the Disney Parks and all other attractions. They have all the amenities to make your stay very pleasant. We use this as a staycation place for relaxation and love the pool.

We had a good experience just that the hotels page doesn’t tells you that the hotel is undergoing maintenance and that you have to pay extra for the parking. We just had 1 real day of the offered buffet since it was what they were remodeling. But everything else was great, close to the parks, staff very friendly and very clean.

Initially unaware of the security deposit per night, but overall the hotel was great. Everyone was extremely friendly. If you're going to Disneyland, there is a Disney parking lot right next to the hotel, where you can hop of the shuttle bus. This takes you right into Disneyland. The breakfast had a great variety. Overall good time had by all.

Overall it was a very nice stay. Clean facility and room, friendly staff, good breakfast with a lot of variety to choose from. Pool was nice with a fire pit area to enjoy. They also have a half court basketball and mini golf for the family. My only problem was the uncomfortable bed and $30/day for parking. All in all, for the price, amenities and convenience of the location was worth it. Will definitely consider staying again.

Access to the Toy Story parking lot (transportation to Disney) and the included breakfasts were the highlights. Our room was clean and refreshed most days. The pull out bed has seen better days. Thankfully our small kids were sleeping on it and were so tired from full days at Disney that they didn’t complain. I would not rely on using the kitchen for making meals. They could use dish cloths/dish soap/paper towel etc. The staff was friendly. The staff running the breakfasts were the MVPs. Would stay here again.

The stay would have been excellent if the housekeeping department didn’t wake us up 3 times. We rented the room so we could take advantage of Disney all day. Then the next morning we were woken up 3 different times because they wanted to clean our room. This is after we requested a late check out. The housekeeper had the nerve to tell us that check out was at 11 and it was 11:35. Our checkout was scheduled for 12. At that point we left because we did not feel welcomed

The hotel was nice and the breakfast bar that they offered had a variety food for everyone. The rooms were nice and spacious.

This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel and this won’t be our last. This hotel has the absolute best customer service, courteous employees and the best atmosphere! To add the icing on the cake it’s a walking distance from Disneyland parking lot. Hotel has a nice pool with a BBQ area, mini golf and a basketball court! Wednesday evening’s they have free wine and complimentary drinks

Rooms need to be remodelated , mattress are not good as well as pillows but room was in general ok, breakfast was delicious and hotel personal was very nice

The staff was very pleasant and friendly. The value of this hotel was astounding. The facilities are new and well maintained. We appreciated the pool to cool off during the heat wave. The free breaksfast each day was an added bonus. My son loved receiving a balloon from one of the staff during breakfast. Overall a great value for our family Disney trip.

We stayed in the room with a bunk/trundle and king sized bed. It was great for our family of 6. Close to Disneyland (walking distance), in a good area, pool and hot tub were a hit, and the breakfast buffet was enjoyed by the whole family.

y checkin. The corridors and elevators were well maintained. Our room and bathroom were spotless. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner could be easily adjusted. The shuttle to Disneyland was around the corner so we didn’t have to drive our car. My husband is a clean freak. He said it was one of the cleanest hotels in which we have stayed. That says a lot since we have stayed in lots of places.

We had a number of issues with our room. We needed a new mattress for the sofa bed, the garbage disposal was leaking and needed replacing, we needed a new skillet because the Teflon one provided was scratched. I just want to give the hotel staff 5 stars as the response time was amazing! They handled each one of these issues in a timely manner, with a smile on their face and a no problem attitude. I really appreciated the staff and would stay there again because of them.

Not sure why people complain about Breakfast. This is the best breakfast I had in a hotel. So many choices and they keep it full until 9:30am. Big suites with everything you need to cook a meal if you need to. Full size fridge. For sure I'll stay again here.

Like to be fair to give a good review on their breakfast options, with some new dishes being offered each day out of the 5 days we were there. There was also free coffee and tea, hot water provided at the lobby.
That being said, that’s the only positive honest review I am able to give. In terms of cleanliness and housekeeping, the hotel left a terrible impression on us. While it was indicated on a note that was pasted in the toilet that housekeeping services would be provided every other day, that was not being upheld. Our room was not cleaned and tidied for the last 3 days of our stay and when we called to check, we only received an extremely unfeeling and rude response from front desk that we needed to request for the service. It was never told to us, neither was it indicated in any form. Rubbish that we had to clear and left outside our room was also not attended to after a full day.
Property condition was dull, with much wear and tear. Carpet frills were noticed while our airconditioning remote was cracked and missing a cover.
