Comfortable room and excellent restaurant within walking distance of the airport

Easy to be at airport in great facility

I recently stayed at the Hilton Amsterdam and had a delightful experience. The check-in process was easy and efficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. When I encountered an issue with the bathroom in my first room, they promptly arranged for a room change without any hassle. The hotel's restaurant and bar were excellent, offering great quality food and drinks in a pleasant ambiance. Additionally, the walk to the Schiphol airport terminal was only 7 minutes, all from an inside walkway. Overall, my stay was very satisfying, and I highly recommend the Hilton Amsterdam for its excellent service and amenities.

Overall the entire experience was smooth. Though we were told to wait for 2 pm to check in. We reached at 1.15 pm. Don't know how 45 min changes things in such a big hotel.

Fantastic location and room, really helpful staff!

Nice stay. Excellent room. Loved being in the airport. But you would never know it. R[ms ars loking out to an atrium down tothe lobby rather than outside to noise and traffic. Very quiet! Bed comfy and I had two great nights sleep after a long hard trip. Breakfast room service was excellent.

It's too close to take a taxi , If you have a big luggage it's too far to walk from airpot. If you arrive after 10PM, room service only gives you option to eat pizza. Good breakfast, clean room. I wish they provide sleepers.

We had an early flight in the morning and didn't want to traverse Amsterdam public transportation with those who needed to get to work, so we opted to stay on site. What a great decision! Comfortable rooms and friendly staff, with amenities on site and MANY eating options even in the airport a few steps away. We would do it again!

Love this hotel. Very clean. AC was not very cold but other than that, it is very convenient. Will be back here again.

We chose this hotel mainly because of the location right in the airport. We didn’t need to get out from airport since we came from Brussels, Belgium and we had morning flights the next day.

Clean and helpful staff

We stayed one night after a cruise. Easy access to the airport. We loaded our luggage on the cart and walked to the airport to check in. Shared a burger and salad at the hotel’s restaurant, it was delicious.

Small room. Great shower!!!

The staff were amazing and did their best to accommodate us, but we had just one too many issues for us to want to return. Between the bathroom toilet bubbling up after being told it was fine, we had to move after being in bed and settled to a new room, which put us closer to the sounds of takeoff/landing of planes after having requested a quiet room away from elevator noise -trading one sleep disruption for another. We asked for help navigating the train service and while very nice, just google searched a train ticket option- no real added advice from a local perspective. The beds are not comfortable and were the worst out of the 5 hotels I'd been in for the three week visit. The restaurant was a mild annoyance after nudging for service, forgetting our drinks and still charging us. It was the collection of issues that we would suggest staying at another location nearby.

Will definitely be back. One of the best airport hotels I've stayed at, and I've stayed at many!

Staff at reception unhelpful

Shower head mount was broken. Water kept pointing to wall, so ended up using as handheld shower. Nite light switch by nightstand didn't work.

We stayed 1 night because we were catching an early flight and wanted to be close to the airport. The hotel was in the perfect location for us. It is an easy walk to the airport (connected by an enclosed walkway). Rooms were very nice, clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Everything that we needed.
