We stayed one night as we were celebrating my birthday in London and staying at the Hilton London Brankside made it feel really special. The room was large, very clean and beautifully appointed. The bed was super comfortable and we had the surprise of finding it “turned out” with slippers and Good night paper mat by the side, when we got in after our celebrations. We found out the sound proofing was really good because there was a crying baby next door and only realised once in the corridor. I would very happily stay again and the location is very good too.

Rooms are ok, had a family connecting room. Front desk crew members are really always “in their own time world, no greetings nor a smile even when they are not attending to any guest. Except for 1 particular morning whereby we see some “big shots” around the hotel then suddenly their attitude towards guests walking in and out is full of smile and greetings Lounge service is really nothing fantastic for a 5-star hotel. Was here 4yrs ago, my husband and I had such a great time with the lounge crews that brings us back this time. But those crews are no longer around, the welcoming feelings are gone. The only service department worth mentioning is the concierge service. From the moment we step into the hotel, we were treated with warm welcome by Daniel. Even through out the stay he shows his hospitality genuinely. Another note worth mentioning is the whole team support in assisting us to rectify and ship back some items we left at the previous Hilton hotel. It was really hassle-free, great applause to the whole team. Breakfast was really not very worth mentioning, 4 days straight with same varieties of food can be kinda boring. At least other hotels visited still bothers to change 1-2 dishes everyday for the novelty.

Excellent staff on the reception (Aman during the check in supported us in a very kind manner) good service during breakfast, overall nice rooms. The location is not easy to get with public transportation. 10 minutes walk to the metro station.

Allocated a disabled room on arrival which is so frustrating when you are able bodied 6ft 3 inch and the facilities are low with grab handles and no walk in shower

Great location if you are travelling from Gatwick by train, near to 2xTube stations too. Great rooms, very clean and a really good size for a room in London. Sadly the the service in the hotel is officious and I was embarrassed by the Guest relations Manager in the middle of a busy dinning room over not having signed a form to partake of breakfast! If you decide to include breakfast on check in, make sure you sign the form to avoid a similar embarrassing incident. I’m staying in hotels on a weekly basis with work and lovely as this hotel is, the staff have delusions of grandeur above and beyond similarly graded priced hotels, I really feel this let’s the hotel down.

We absolutely loved this hotel - beautiful reception and rooms, super helpful reception staff (Amaan checked us in and was very kind and professional), lovely pool area and great location for exploring central London.

Nice big rooms, comfy bed, large and powerful shower, very clean, modern and quiet rooms. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Nice bar. Loads around the hotel in terms of supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants. 10 min walk to borough market, 5 mins to Southwark and 15 to Waterloo. But despite a lot around the hotel it was quiet, calm and felt safe walking around. Would come back here again as so nice and very convenient.

The staff was amazing from front desk, concierge, waiting room staff, housekeeping and customer relations overall. Would highly recommend this hotel. Centrally located and was within walking distance to all our needs.
