Overall liked everything about the property

I recently stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel in Los Cabos with my family, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel was impeccably clean and very well organized. What stood out the most was the incredibly kind and friendly staff, who were always available to assist with anything we needed. Their warmth and professionalism truly made our stay memorable. Additionally, the two restaurants where we had dinner were fantastic. The food was expertly prepared, with amazing texture and taste. If you're looking for high-quality, well-made food, there are plenty of options available at the different restaurants on the property. While this hotel is not all-inclusive and you have to pay for your meals, it is absolutely worth the money for the excellent food and dining experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming stay in Los Cabos.

Exceptional service, relaxing, peaceful and beautiful place to stay.

Definitely the best experience ever

Excellent resort in San Jose del Cabo, away from the loudness and partying at Cabo San Lucas. There are many pools to swim in, great views of the ocean, and great food and service by the staff. It was great coming back to an ice cold room after a hot humid day exploring and shopping. The only down side is the beach is not swimmable due to the strong waves and riptides. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay!

Best resort ever! It’s not for the lively, though. If you want more of the party scene, stay in Cabo San Lucas. This place is for honeymooners, retired couples, or families that don’t have rowdy kids. It’s quiet, serene, and very relaxing. Loved every minute!

The staff at the hotel are super friendly and helpful. We traveled with a young baby that requires a lot of additional supplies. The hotel staff did their best to accommodate us. The restaurants on the property deliver great food and service as well. Other than the location being a bit secluded, everything is outstanding.

Great, relaxing experience

Excellent Hotel to relax at any of their nice pools in a quite atmosphere. Close to San Jose de los Cabos where yo can visit plaza Mijares at night to have a nice dinner or visit a bar in a busier ambience. Raul and Celio where very nice attending us at the pool, always smiling and making sure we were well cared for.

Always the first impressions matter, its beautiful, the locations, the friendly staff, the service, the hotel itself, especially the food all GOOD👍. on our stay i cant say anything bad.

Peaceful and fun for a family of four. Great place for kids to enjoy, good for parents to relax.

I enjoyed my stay very relaxing. The lighting was too low and room and outside at night way too dark. Breakfast/continental breakfast should be complimentary. Thought the food prices were too high/excessive.

The property is super clean and open. Loved the adult only pool as well as the bar food! Only suggestion is to have some music on the property. It felt a little too quiet and empty.

JW Marriott Los Cabos in Cabo San Jose is one of the best JWs we have stayed at. The facilities are amazing. It is quiet, clean, and relaxing. The daily activities for both families and adults are top notch. from tequila tasting to baking lessons, we had a blast. The customer service here is top notch. The employees work with a heart of service to make the trip enjoyable and memorable. We traveled the second week of June and we would be so delighted to arrange another stay at JW Marriott Los Cabos.

The property was immaculate. Staff was excellent. Everything about it was amazing. It was kind of far and secluded but i loved that. I also rented a car so it worked out. Hotel was exactly like pictures. I would definitely stay here again. 5 star nothing less

Overall design of the hotel and the interior of the room are very good. However the staff was not fully trained. The restaurant was pricey but the menu was not creative or delicious.

The property and staff are fantastic! It’s happily secluded from the hubbub of San Jose del Cabo, but that also exacerbates the cost of already expensive transportation to venues outside the hotel.

Excellent property with amazing service

The JW Marriott was a gem I never would’ve imagine what I experienced, the staff was second to none when it came to personal touch , they went far beyond my expectations, treated like I was a long lose cousin that they love lol ,Restaurant on the resort made it a challenge to want to venture out other places because you got that taste that you wanted to check to see if it was real , ooooh ! Yes it’s real Good Looking forward to my next visit in which I plan to stay longer for the full experience.. if you ask me I would give JW Marriott a 15 star rating and that’s not enough… Thanks for such a good time

Amazing well kept property. We expected more from the 10.00 tacos. Bar service at the Adults Only swim up bar was 10/10.

Clean, beautiful, and very welcoming employees.

Most of the staff was outstanding but one of the front desk staff was so rude I was shocked. Additionally, there was a wedding and they let off fireworks at 11:00 pm that sounded like bombs going off. There was no warning from the staff. Also, someone played their music on a continual loop until 5:30 am. I would not recommend this hotel

Lovely property. Just wish things weren’t so expensive wine. Seemed like every time we ordered a drink or something to nibble on it was another $25. I guess I am getting old - Cabo no longer a relatively inexpensive holiday. Bit truely beautiful spot

Nice Property Professional staff. I felt safe and will stay again
