The host was very accommodating as we couldn’t get there until late. The room key was put in a key safe. I was a little cold with the summer duvet, so doubled it over. We didn’t have breakfast.

We stayed here for two nights and were very pleased with the service, comfort and cleanliness of the the room. Breakfast was excellent and our host was very friendly. The hotel is within walking distance of the station and the centre of Bournemouth.

Overall our stay was fine, however we had to ask to have our room dusted as it clearly wasn’t done before we arrived, however it was done

It was quiet, clean and very comfortable.Very modern and excellent for transport if you plan to use train, coach or bus travel. Breakfast was very nice too, plenty of choice and well presented by the friendly staff.

Good trip as usual. Weirdly, this room had a bit of falling dust. I thought maybe the rmeote control hadn't been cleaned, but then i noticed my phone was dusty after a few minutes. Maybe building work in the area??

Nice hotel around 20 minutes walk from Bournemouth pier. Rooms tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable, our room also had a tv and a mini fridge with a small freezer compartment to freeze our freezer blocks for the beach. On street parking outside the hotel with a free permit during your stay, or adjacent road was unrestricted. Breakfast was excellent with juices, fruit, cereals, tea coffee and a full english for just £6.50. Hosts are also excellent in every way. Would happily stay again.

Hotel Chelsea was a pleasant place to stay with complimentary permit to park in the street. Room was large, comfortable and nice to have tea/coffee facilities. Bad points= advertised as having a bar but this was closed, hotel is not in a nice place of town (lots of rough characters about) with NO pubs/restaurants around unless willing to walk 25 minutes into Bournemouth, even then most places still closed or fully booked to eat or drink. It's probably best to take the car to search for anywhere decent to go out. Good points= the weather, beaches and England winning the footy (but watched in hotel room as no where to see it)

Simple accomodation, convenient location for wandering around Bournemouth without being expensive. The room was cute and comfy and the welcome was so warm we immediately felt very relaxed and at home. The breakfast was good too!

This is a nice hotel very clean nice bathroom comfy bed , it is situated 2 mins walk from train station tucked away down a side street but the area lets it down in among student areas and scruffy housing, hardly any shops apart from Asda and nothing to do but it is near bus stops and 10 mins to town, its ok for short visits or business trips not holidays .

Owner is actively managing and responded to an issue caused by other clients in the best possible manner.

I wasnt expecting much from this hotel as it was the only one I could find available for my dates and the images on the website looked fairly average. However when i got there I was amazed by how modern and clean the room was. It felt like I was in my own cosy bedroom!

Fantastic reception on arrival. I had a bike ride the next day so a breakfast tray was dropped off in the evening for me. Even brought a mini fridge up so that the various items stayed chilled. Room was clean, tidy and comfortable with a very nice ensuite. Only minor point was my door would shudder a little if someone else slammed their door a bit hard so if you're a sensitive sleeper just be aware. Only a small hotel so it soon settles down once everyone is back. For the price I paid I will definitely return again and test out the cooked breakfast. Location is great just a 15 minute walk to the beach but far away from the noisy centre

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Room could do with redecorating and more thorough cleaning. Double room had an extra bed to convert to family room but this meant the bedside cabinet and electric socket was in the opposite corner of the room so nowhere to put mug of tea. Also had to get out of bed to turn light out as switch was where bed ought to be. All that said I paid a very reasonable price and had a comfortable bed.
