No hot water for the shower

The room is clean but its too far. Its on the 5th floor and i have to walk thru stairs from 1st to 5th floor. Its not relaxing at all.

One Sofa in the lobby, need to be replaced. Dirty, too old and need for makeover, not presentable to guests, especially to foreigners.

No available parking. Service is extremely slow. We had to wait for more than 20 minutes for our checkout, just to be humiliated by their staff yelling that our room is missing an extra towel that they never issued in the first place. We ended up having to show them the contents of our bag while we are running late for a hearing.

I WAS GLAD I WAS ABLE TO STAY AT ONG BUN PENSION HOUSE, I FELT AT HOME. STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS SMILING. WILL RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO OTHERS.

The staff are nice and accommodating but the room details posted on-line differs from the real picture...so sad

I like the location,

The location of the pension house was accessible to every known location in Iloilo. Public transportation are also accessible. What really drawn me to this accommodation is the price. It is really within the price range of budget travelers. One thing to note is that the accommodation does not have an elevator, which can be an issue for people who have problems with their knees just like my mom. Other than that, our stay was really good.

Just ok staff is ok

We stayed there for 4nights and we are very satisfied. You can request your room to be cleaned everyday and they will also change your towel everyday. Its location is also good because access to transportation like jeepneys pass around the area. Robinsons Mall is just one block away.

Not bad for budget traveller

I'm very happy with the price, location, and the food served in Ong Bun. There's free water and the staffs are very efficient. The fees on room extension is also cheap. However, it seems like they don't change the bed sheet and the pillow cases. The ventilation in the room is very poor especially in the fan room. The executive room has a terrible smell. It seems like somebody smoked and the smell was all over the bathroom. This will make people sick. I think they should do something about it.

I am upset with my room. There has been no available for executive room which I prefer because it would give me some privacy and comfort that I need but no available at that time so I booked a fan room with shared bathroom. The room is situated at the topmost floor beside the window which is very hot as if the exhaust has been released thru my room. Very inconvenient on my part. I hope there is an available executive room for me next time. Thanks

An excellent stay attending a 3 days conference.

You have to make sure the internet connection is working in the room. Old television and dusty windows

Fine. They clean the room and replace the linens and bath towel daily (this is what I like). Replace also tissue paper when no more. Need to improve on the smell of the bath towel & linens (use more scented fabcon I guess). Receptionist are friendly. Food taste good (we ate breakfast) Undergoing renovation during our stay.
