I enjoyed my stay at this Homewood Suites. The property was very clean starting with the parking lot and landscaping was well kept, which was a good sign. Inside was the same, very clean, nicely decorated and smelled good. The room was comfortable and spacious. Had glass shower doors, a small kitchen, comfortable bed and high ceilings. I definitely appreciated the cleanliness more than any as this can be hard to find in some hotels. Will stay here again!

I really like this place however the night shift front desk associate was very rude and really didn’t want to help anyone. I would also say the breakfast was pretty basic but other than that… it was nice and very comfy

Homewood Suites was a surprise! I was expecting a typical hotel by a mall, but this place was great. The staff were very friendly. We were stuck there for 3 days without power after a hurricane, but they did what they could to keep us safe and comfortable. The daily breakfast is awesome, too.

Overall the hotel stay was satisfactory, room was comfortable. But they don’t have backup arrangement for adverse weather conditions. When the storm Beryl hit Houston area, hotel electricity was out for two days. It was total blackout with only one hotel staff member at reception area to assist in guests early checkout..

Check in was easy. We ended up chnaging rooms because our room was next to someone who had a dog that didnt stop barking. Property was clean and we liked having the convenience of being able to cook. The hotel is located near any and everything you will need. We loved the infoor pool since it was raining. Food was just okay though...bed wasnt the most comfortable.

Morning staff was terrible. I booked a room for my in laws and needed a disabilities. I called the location because I wanted to make sure that’s what I got and they said that I booked a regular one bedroom suite but they were able to change it to a disability room. I called the day of check in to make sure everything was in order for my inlaws and the lady said that they had a disability room available and it’s ready so I was like “well don’t you need my confirmation number?” And she was like “oh yea” and once I gave it to her she denied me the room since I booked through third party. After going back and forth with her she didn’t allow me to speak to her manager and stated she had no manager. So I asked for her name and she denied giving me her name. Terrible front desk staff.

My stay was very good! It was amazing from the time I arrived to the time I checked out. Check in was very easy and convenient, and so was checkout! I want to personally thank Jaylon because he made sure everything we needed at all times were taken care of. He was very professional, and we appreciate that. The complementary breakfast was definitely a nice surprise because it was actually good w/ a lot of options and something new everyday. My room was clean and a nice size, but the pillows weren’t the best but we made them work. The location was everything because it’s literally in the middle of everything. Overall it was a nice stay and I would definitely return!

I recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. The check-in process was smooth and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient, which was a great start to my stay. However, the check-out process was just average; it felt rushed and not as welcoming as the check-in.
The property is conveniently located with excellent transportation options nearby, making it easy to get around. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, which I appreciated. However, there were a couple of issues in the bathroom: the tissue paper was almost finished, and there was an unpleasant smell. To make matters worse, I found a bug on the bathroom floor, which was quite off-putting.
Despite these drawbacks, I must highlight the breakfast buffet. It was the best part of my stay and I highly recommend it. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, providing a great start to the day.
Overall, while there were some areas that need improvement, the friendly check-in and excellent breakfast buffet stood out during my stay.

Perfect location for weekend getaway to Katy. My 5 and 3 year old kids enjoyed Dig World and Typhoon Texas which were literally located down the road from the hotel. I was able to do an early morning 5k to the Katy Mills Mall which is also down the street. I felt primarily safe to go alone as a female. We utilized the indoor pool and complimentary breakfast the few days we were there as well. Would book again.

The hotel has no power around 6pm to 5am. The room was dark and cool. Some one parked outside my window with their lights on bright from 1100-1130pm and 1-2am.

did not get room we reserved, your desk clerk - unfriendly, dressed like she came from a nap tv selections poor -- katy mills is usually our stop before continuing to baton rouge lsu it will still be our next stop but it certainly will not be with you

Great place with amazing rooms. Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Only issue I had was the walls were a little thin. Breakfast was very nice. Staff is top notch.
