One of our rooms was nice, but the other one had a musky smell that they tried to coverup with a overly powerful chemical to the point that I had to prop my door open to air it out.

Overall good experience. Pool was good for the kids, breakfast good, rrom as requested!! Parking should be included in the room rate at least!!

There was a roach in my room when I called they said they were booked out and there was nothing to do. They called back saying i had 2 booking which I should not have. By this point our sleepy meds kicked in and not coherent enough to move since they said they didn't have rooms to begin with. The guy said come down for an adjustment on our bill. At check out the desk guy laughed and inquired about the breed of roach it was. When I stated that it was not funny he had me get in another line to check out to say they aren't going to adjust the room price. They girl says she would comp off our food charges, to find out she didn't even do that. I'm disgusted with the amount of dust in the room, the roach l, the disregard, and laughing at the situation, than to lie and not do any compensation after already trying to double charge me is disgusting and dishonest as company

I stayed here due to how close it was to the Convention Center, which is only an 8 minute walk. Reasonable price for the location, compared to the surrounding hotels. The rooms were quite spacious, comfortable, and clean. It includes a great breakfast and useful facilities. The only critique I have is I received a charge on my credit card without being sent the bill. I had to call for them to send it. Overall good experience!

The staff were great. But the room was not ready, had to wait an hour. The staff gave me a pass for my son to go to the pool, which was great, but I wanted my room.

Would definitely return. T-mobile is across the street. Olive Gardens and Longhorn is across the street. The airport isn’t far from hotel and Old San Juan is about 15/20mins when catching an Uber. The room was clean and the breakfast was nice. Enjoyed the pool too. The view facing the water was beautiful. El Plaza Las Americas is about 20 min drive in an Uber.

We had a great stay. Well kept we traveled with a kid and had lots of fun at the mini waterpark. It was walking distance from T-Mobile district. Also they have free shuttle to the beach and morro. The staff was helpful and nice.

I loved the breakfast! The staff was the best. Very professional, friendly and eager to help. The pool was amazing and they had things to keep the kiddos occupied as well as an area for the adults. Shuttle was so convenient and the driver friendly and helpful. It was a ten minute walk to great food, supermarket and restaurants. I would definitely go back and recommend to everyone.

Just returned from a weeks long stay and can say, I would take my family back there any time! Pool area is very well kept and the rooms are nicely cleaned beforehand. The included breakfast variety is great for any type of eater and the property is very close to many areas. I love that there’s a shuttle just outside the hotel to take you to popular locations. A short walking distance away is the T-mobile district which is fun and safe for families and anyone else who wants to have a great time! The staff at this hotel is hands down the best. So generous and friendly. Can’t wait to go back!

It’s a descent hotel with a nice pool. The location isn’t great due to the ever confusing traffic loop you have to go through to get there. It’s also $18 a night to park and the I had to page the front desk from the gate to get out every time due to a glitchy parking slip reader.

The staff was very friendly. The first room smelled like cat dander and I’m highly allergic. I called the main desk and I had a new room in less than five minutes. The rest of the stay was great. Breakfast was included and it was always fresh and delicious. The one dinner meal we had was delicious too. It’s close to everything and walkable to many areas if you know your way around. It was a fantastic stay.

The property was clean and conveniently located. The shuttle drop offs were right where we wanted to go.

Room was dirty after room service said they cleaned it. Manager had to clean room. Pool towels needed had to constantly ask for them.

Great place to stay with shopping and restaurants close by. Also the hotel provides shuttle transportation to Old San Juan, T-Mobile District, and other locations. Room was great with a very good breakfast. All the staff encountered were very friendly. We will certainly stay there again on our next trip to San Juan

It would have been a five all the way around however the female bartender was rude. However the was the day bartender (dred man) was amazing his social skills was nothing short of amazing. He was multitasking and kept such a calm presence. Other staff members were pleasant. Definitely will be returning
