Excellent hotel along with excellent Staff from receptionist to cleaning service staff. I am very HAPPY to be staying in this hotel. I luv the extra features as we have laundry service and the swimming pool. Excellent choice to stay in this hotel.

I definitely will stay here again. There are no robes but other than that the staff is great, the water pressure in the shower isn’t that strong but it’s not that bad. The views are wonderful!

Really positive experience. Loved that my room came with a kitchen and seating area that felt more like an apartment. Staff was helpful and friendly. Dog friendly was a plus. Someone else mentioned no where to walk the dogs for their business, but there's adequate streets/foliage to walk them right across the street or down the same street. Comfy beds, blackout shades. I'd stay again.

Muy bueno para trabajar y descansar. El cuarto tiene todos los servicios y es muy agradable. Moderno y muy limpio. Buenas opciones para comer alrededor. El sofá estaba un poco sucio y el aire acondicionado hacía un ruido extraño aunque casi imperceptible. No puedes ir caminando a muchos lados pues está en una colina y los alrededores no son peatonales.

The Expedia website says free airport shuttle pick up. Since the rental car fell threw we needed a place to stay that would pick us up. I called and hotel said no to airport pick up. Now I’m going to have to call Expedia again!!! Ugh

It is a new building. Room layout is highly practical, really comfortable. Very recommended for small families.

I would rate this hotel more like a 4.5, but am rounding down for the sake of not being too misleading. Overall, the hotel is nice, clean, and the rooms were cozy. The staff was friendly, but nothing was extraordinary. My sister did have an issue with billing, and although that is completely out of my experience, I was there to help her get this sorted out and was surprised to find out that they were actually looking for physical receipts to try to piece the situation together. The receptionist couldn't see the charge on her end even though my sister had her bank app open showing the charge was from Staybridge. The food was good and the menu changed slightly from day-to-day. It was always fresh, and also offered some variety to accommodate the kids or anybody looking for a quick "grab-and-go" breakfast. The rooms were cozy and clean. My one complaint is that your room cleaning service is contingent on how many days you stay. Since we were only there for 5 days, then they only provided "light" cleaning services from Th/Fr/Monday, and no cleaning on weekends. I know there's a pool, but I can't comment on that since I never got the opportunity to use that facility. We did, however, use the complimentary shuttle service to/from the airport. We also used it on our first day to get to a restaurant. On all three occasions, we tipped the driver. But I would suggest reserving the shuttle in advance to make sure they're available.

Great location. There’s a pharmacy and convenience stores at walking distance. Beautiful new hotel, very spacious rooms, with kitchenette, living room and comfortable bathroom. I was very pleased with my stay and the amenities. Super friendly staff 24/7. Highly recommended, great spot and affordable price.
