Had a wonderful and pleasant stay polite staff very polite and accomodating close walkable to the the view of the 3 falls great food and bar options on site and nearby casino convenient stores and more food options

Loved the location. Walkable to Niagara State Park. Goat Island and other attractions.
Front desk agent was wonderful. Janata (sp?) Was very informative and very helpful.
Great breakfast place is called Spot, which is very close to the hotel. Hotel can give you 10% discount coupon that you could use. Delicious food at reasonable prices.
The only reason i gave 4* for service was we got no servicing of the room first day. We talked to the front desk. Next day, just towels but the bed wasn't made. 3 nights we stayed, we got clean towels only on one day. Bed was never made. Make sure you understand room servicing schedule.
The hotel is nice and you will enjpy being very close to Niagara.

The system was down upon arrival. After a very long day of travel we arrived and were unable to get checked in. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to get us into a room. After getting to our room we noticed an odd musty odor. The pillows and sheets smelled like mildew. The sheets and towels were so
scratchy and uncomfortable. I didn’t feel clean at all. The hotel does have an amazing restaurant. The food was outstanding. But honestly I was so glad we only had to stay there for 1 night. I would have found a different hotel otherwise.

Was expecting a much higher end hotel, with space and comfort. Rooms were small not even enough room for a sofa, only a single chair. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean, with a newish decor. No closet, and the door to the mini fridge and microwave were blocked by the sliding bathroom door when it was open. Not much space to store luggage either, fortunately there was a drawer on either side of the bed underneath. The hotel was only three floors, no good views of the city or anywhere near the falls. Staff was not always available at the front desk.

The room was not as clean as expected for this hotel. Our room was not made up on the second day and housekeeping staff was not helpful at all. There is a strong unpleasant odor in the hallway anobby. Further, youhave a rodent problem with mice in the lobby. Lastly, the historic tax should be explained during booking intead of a surprise at checkout.

I’ve stayed here before. It’s easily accessible, convenient to everywhere in the area, and the staff are pleasant and professional.

Two night stay at Niagara Falls. Super helpful front desk. Room was comfortable with balcony. Could see fireworks from our room. Seva restaurant food very good. So close to falls and Niagara Falls Park.

Very clean, nice restaurant/bar and walkable. It was nice to have our beds made and fresh towels supplied. This is no longer the norm in many chains.

Sēvā restaurant was excellent. Food was great. Presentation was great. I enjoyed the free flight and we were able to meet the manager of the restaurant. Young guy w a great vision. Fire department came for an inspection while we were there and he handle it smoothly and prepared for a quick inspection. Taste and quality were very higher than expected. The hotel was clean. The only problem was the water filter system that tasted amazing but it was taking forever to refill. Other than that no complaints.

This hotel thinks it is so premium. A fancy name and high prices do not make it so. Accommodations are nice and fancy, but not worth the value.

Great little hotel. Very convenient location close to everything. The hallways are a little small and the elevators are small but its a great place to stay we loved it here.

Solid, well kept, recently updated option. Great location. Couldn’t open the curtains bc window on first floor looked at alley with empty kegs and general “back of house” grossness. Door to room opened directly to where people were standing waiting for elevator. We’re easy to please, others might not be happy with this specific room. Complimentary beer flight upon check-in was a great perk!

We had a very nice stay at the hotel. My only complaint would be the parking lot was dark. Felt it could be better lit to feel safer. Otherwise the hotel was easy to find. The front desk lady was very friendly and welcoming. The price was decent. The room was great.

Came for a weekend getaway. Hotel is very clean and new. The room was nice and the king sized bed and pillows comfortable. Bathroom was large and shower pressure was great. Hotel is easily within walking distance to the falls. Breakfast at the hotel was fine, though a bit of a wait for our meal. Free parking and easy parking access in and out. Room was quiet during our stay and seems to appeal to couples rather than family. I would stay here again!

I loved this property, they thought in every detail, decoration, smell, attention, all. For the price vs convenient it’s totally worth it. If I come back I’d love to stay here again. Also the restaurant it’s delicious.

We were assigned a room on the first floor, right adjacent to the check in lobby. It was so noisy from guests checking in. Also, the loud lobby music could be heard in our room all night long. It sounded like there was a party outside our window. We were not able to get any sleep. My recommendation is to turn off the music after midnight, you don't need it!
