Great location Room is comfortable , clean , very good for the price comparing with the other hotels nearby. Breakfast is very good.

Very pleased with this hotel. Was a little confused as to why you have to pay to park tho when u are already paying for the room. I would think you would get a ticket for your dash and all others towed that was disappointing. Our AC in our room was not the best but it was comfortable

They charged us more than quoted, couldn't check in until 4pm. We had to leave early, 5am next day due to family crisis at home.

air conditioner was making loud sounds throughout the stay. we requested a late checkout at 12pm but on the day of our checkout they kept knocking our door since 9am. we had a one day trip to Niagara and this one day was full of outdoor activities. hence, we were very tired on our checkout day but they didn’t let us take proper rest.

I wouldnt say It was clean, there were stains all over the bed.. Hairs on the bathroom floor, and saw couple of bugs

The hotel is located 1 block from the Niagara Falls State Park, and just around the corner from a bunch of food trucks serving a great variety of cuisines, and right in downtown Niagara Falls. It's 3 blocks away from the US Canada border. They do have an indoor pool which we decided not to use (murky water), and a jacuzzi that was tepid. The staff was very helpful, professional and attentive.

The property was relatively clean, but just old and has not been updated. The hallways are dimly lit, the elevators smelled of engine oil and worse, the indoor pool water was murky and you couldn't see the bottom, so definitely not welcoming for a swim.

Location to Niagara Falls.

The pictures were very misleading! Room was not clean. The room next to us clearly had a significant water leak. We could hear fans running all night, long from within the room, the door to the room next to us had towels shoved under it to keep the water from spreading, and the carpet along the adjoining wall was wet from water seeping through.

Happy and friendly staff, clean room, great location, fast check in even after requesting an early check in.

Jacuzzi button is broken. Very noisy at night due to loud doors and thin walls. Woken up multiple times by noise in corridor and slamming doors, and I’m a very heavy sleeper.

Location for event at the Expo Center was excellent. Easy check in and check out. Price was very good, clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

Facilities somewhat outdated, but clean and comfortable. A better in-house restaurant would have been nice.
