I checked and it was close to 1 AM. I got to my room, got into the shower and then the lights went out. The room was totally black. I couldn’t see anything made it to the bed and used my iPhone for light. Had to go downstairs and was told it was mandatory testing and I should’ve gotten a notice. No notice was given to me Tried using the phones. The phones don’t work even after the electric was turned on TV was on a spot on the wall that couldn’t be turned and was incredibly hard to watch. Never notified that the rooms are done every other day just not the experience I expected from a Marriott property.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The shuttle service was free and useful for getting to Disney parks. The hot breakfast in the morning was excellent. The staff was friendly. And the heated pool was fun to use even with air temps around 50.

Nice room with kitchen. I wish the mirror was in the room instead of the back of the bathroom door. You had to close the bathroom door to be able to use it.
Great hotel, nice heated pool, pretty good breakfast but could use some more options like different fruits, jams, bread etc. Mickey waffle were good. They do have a restaurant on the property with decent food. There are also some walkable stores & food places.
The complimentary shuttle was great but does have limited times to get back so you might want to take a Lyft back from the park if staying longer. There is also limited space so make sure you reserve your spot within 24h. The shuttle goes to Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom & Epcot. It saves you some money if the shuttle times work for you.

After a long late flight, we got checked in at 1 am and our shower did not work. They said they had to move us rooms and because of the inconvenience they were going to upgrade our room.. the room they moved us too, now at 2am, was the same as the room we were in. This new room had a toilet issue and everyday we had to call to have someone come fix it.

Space was good enough for our Disneyworld trip. Room was slightly small since we have 4 adults and a baby in a 2 bedroom suite. The shuttle service was TERRIBLE and impossible to use. We booked this hotel because it was affordable since not in the Disney business, and they offered a park shuttle. The first day we booked, they had 15 seats and we missed out. The second day, we had only a choice of 2 departure times and 1 return time (not ideal with a 2 year old). We also found out that the shuttle was with other hotels (hence there being 15 seats available) and it would be an hour bus ride both way because of all the other pick ups and drop offs. We ended up driving and parking at the parks, which defeated the purpose of our choice of hotel with a shuttle.

Great place to stay. The staff was able to get us into a room before check in time. Room was large and comfortable with small kitchen and lots of closet space. The hotel has a laundry room. It was a little pricey to wash a load, and they had no detergent in stock at the store, but that was a minor inconvenience. There is a target and Walgreens right across the street.
The pool is heated and spacious, and there is a hot tub! My only disappointment was that I booked a fireworks view room and we could not see them from our room. But this could be due to our early check in, so we didn’t bother about it.
The breakfast was very good and plentiful. Free shuttle to Disney parks was a bit limited on times available but better than nothing. Very kid and family friendly!

probably not gonna stay here again front desk was rude room is kinda dirty and they get you with a bunch of hidden fees. parking is not included 10$ a night, park across the street not worth it if you’re here for a week long trip

The hotel itself was alright. However, the room had a scent of an old filter in the AC unit that was in the room. we did alert the staff to this. Beyond that, the room itself was rather comfortable. The bar is a bit limited in what it provides for alcohol, and hte walls/ceilings are a tad thin ( we could hear the neighbors being...active*ahem*)

I was hoping to lay in bed and watch TV, but the TV is not facing the bed, but is on the wall on the side. Made it very hard to enjoy my stay when I went to go watch TV. I asked at the front desk and they said that Everett room was like that. The staff was great and the breakfast was very good.

The staff you have at this facility went above and beyond to make sure our stay went perfectly. The security guard even went so far to let us borrow her phone charger brick because we accidentally left ours at home. Everyday we returned from the park our beds were made and it was super clean. Will be staying at this location for every trip we make in this area!

Free breakfast buffet really helps out with reducing your food costs at the Disney World parks. Just an all around good stay that's within 10 to 15 minutes from the parks by car/bus/Lyft.

We chose the hotel for its great location, as only 10 minutes drive from the Disney Parks! It was clean & comfortable with friendly, helpful staff!
I’d emailed to ask for a room with disability access but we were allocated a room as afar away from the lift as could be and had a bath, not walk in shower! Still, the room itself was well equipped with a kitchen area too! The only thing lacking was a safe! Beds were comfortable and we used the sofa bed which also was fine! We didn’t use housekeeping but clean towels could be picked up from reception!
The included breakfast was ok & there were some hot items such as scrambled eggs, sausage & turkey bacon!
We made use of the pool on a couple of occasions which was good after a long day at the parks.
All in all, the hotel was excellent value for money!

We have stayed here in the past, which is the reason why we chose to stay here again. Upon arriving in our room, there was a definite smell of smoke in the room. We also found either fingernail or toenail clippings on the floor in one of the bedrooms. The shower was dirty with something that I am honestly not sure what it was on the shower walls. We were only staying one night and did not get in the room until late, so I did not even bother to notify the front desk.

Property is nice and close to the Disney Parks. You can walk across the street to the numerous stores and places to eat. But for me the bartender Casey is really the true star here. Me and my husband wanted to get a couple of drinks before heading to our room after a long day in the sun. He was just on point with the service, the drinks and the conversation. You have an asset to your team!!!!

There was alot of hidden fees which i dont mind paying for parking and other stuff but why wasn’t it added on from the beginning?? Also the bathroom had a lot of hair it was not cleaned right. From 371 to 491 I could had gotten something nicer not to mention the pool wasn’t even open. Just bad experience

We had to cancel due to the bad weather, and the Management wasn't flexible. I understand the cancellation policy, but for a Silver Member, I expect more than an absolutely no refund policy.
