Very nice place for the price. The only thing we did not like was the terrible smell coming from the bathroom. No door on the shower causing the floor to become very wet and slippery.

It was close to a lot of restaurants and close to Bangla road , what I didn’t like I got charged 150 baht for a teaspoon that we found later in our bag lol other than that great hotel.

The hotel staff was kind. Also this hotel was well within budget so I shouldn't complain much. I will say that the Wifi was very spotty. If you're looking for a nice connection, you might be better off staying at a chain Resort or purchasing a sim card. The room itself was modern and adquently equipped. I picked the higher priced room for the sea view. My traveling friends room on a lower floor was twice the size of my upgraded room. The bed was a bit stiff and the condition of the walls, floors and overall hotel seemed lacking. The room service was very limited. When checking out, they attempted to charge me for a missing glass and face towel. The glass was cleared by the room service staff which caused the confusion. The face towel was taken with housekeeping. I was shocked and annoyed that I would have to explain that to them...especially for such low value items. I wish I would have stayed somewhere else. The location was nice...walking distance to great night markets and a short cab tuck tuck ride to the busy nightlife. I would recommend this hotel if you're not fussy about the quality or furnishings of the room. It was affordable and centrally located. If you're looking for comfort...search somewhere else.

Friendly staff. Even though we were given the room with lift excess and have to climb 3storeys up, the room is extremely clean and pleasant. Hotel area is about 5-10mins walks to Patong Main District Area (Jungceylon Mall). There is an awesome food place opposite the hotel called Baoli too!

The hotel is located next to a river that polluted the air with sewer and toilet smell. Had booked a premium room with balcony, the balcony had a view on the dirty river. Had to change room to a basic one smaller with no balcony, because the smell was not bearable inside the room. Also the AC was not functional in the first room. We had a small infant with us, 5 months, I wish they gave us another room to start with. Basically, location is good. Amenities and overall conditions of the hotel not so much.

I don't like the bad smell beside of my room. There have small drain , not only my room that side of all rooms will get that bad smell too. They should do something for that bad smell. We can not sit at the balcony. Another problem is there have a lots of mosqueto too.....

Good hotel, dont go to nearby bazar because the seller there has bad attitude, overall the hotel is very good

Good Location for Patong, very close to the beach. 10 minute walk to the main bars and clubs but far enough away that there is no hassle

We arrived early for checkin, but were pleasantly surprised, with a shorter wait, than expected, to enter our room. Initially, our air conditioning was not working, but reception moved us quickly to another room with working air. Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Happy with our choice of hotel.

The stay was great. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Mazi is near the Malin Market and there are lots of shops nearby. The room was nice and cozy. Very affordable, too!

This place is incredible. I have no idea what the bad reviews are talking about. I arrived and was met with a beautiful smile and juice hand delivered. The pool is gorgeous. The room was huge and clean with awesome lighting. It’s at the edge of the party streets. I read reviews about a smell. It just smelled like Thailand to me. This is the best bang for your buck.

overall is good , just slipper not change new pair before I check in.

The aircon was not cold as in you will feel warm at night . The hotel is not in a strategic location

Just outside main streets with walking distance 5 min to beach and 10 min to the very center of Patong. Small pool and bar area and ok rooms in Patong standards.

The room was great for the price I paid and location. This is at walking distance to Bangla street and Patong beach. There was wifi available as well, and free breakfast. I also had rental car which I parked right at the entrance of hotel, so that worked out fine as well.

Simple hotel not far from the noisy Patong beach.

The stay here was mediocre at best. The a/c unit ran lukewarm and the walls seem thin as you can hear the people talk in the next room. Not recommended for families with small children at all. The baby crib that was supplied was extremely dirty and broken.Baby was teething and kept putting his mouth on the edge of it, causing his mouth to smell like rotten fish. Mazi hotel said they would not do to anything to fix the problem so I had to go to purchase soap and thoroughly clean it myself. Would not stay here again, family or not.

The charges for bring in the same guest of 500 bahts is a bit too much. Write out the rules and regulations a board so the guest may able to understand when going on.

This was our second time at the Mazi and they never fail to impress. Although the rooms are slightly small. The service from the staff is fantastic. It is quiet, yet close to Patong beach, the Otop complex and plenty of shops. Highly recommended and fantastic value.

Bed was rock hard but this is normal for Thailand but for the price i paid i expected better..the view at the side of hotel overlooking the River was not the best..looking at dump waste..but the staff at the reception were great and friendly. If you have a room overlooking the pool don't expect a lie in because you will hear people jumping in the pool and chatting. The shower was good with a drencher shower and the rooms modern. Hotel was great and just like described. Had a lovely arty feel ans was really cosy.

Thoroughly enjoy my stay at Mazi. Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. It's a short walk tot he beach, walking street and Jungceleyon mall. Will definitely stay at Mazi again.

Just spent a night in Patong so wasn't looking for anything super expensive. Booked into Mazi and was pleasantly surprised by the place. Good looking on the outside, quite modern in design (as the name might make you expect) and friendly staff, all in a good location. Rooms were good too other than the incredibly hard (and short) bed, that being said they were clean, tidy, well equipped and again stylish. Value for money on this is excellent. Didn't see any F&B outlets, might check again next time and see if they have something.
