This hotel located at the center of Patong and near to everything. really worth it !

moved into 9th.floor in trio room,billions of ants everywhere,room maid gave us a can of surface spray! went to big c & got some bayer hard stuff & used this at least twice a day to keep the bugs at bay,we never had a day without ants,they were living in the wood that covers a lot of the walls,so we were hoping the wood did not collapse.room maids did very little & even after a few strokes of mop we still had food marks on floors.the best were jenny on reception a very nice lady & a beaut cook lady,we had a lot of room service meals that were excellant & the delivery crew were excellant.hotel gets noisy as visitors can do what they want it seems.owner & his son stay at hotel & son was extremely noisy after we moved to 7th floor,due to 2 windows pouring with water-cud be rain or pool firectly above leaking.t.v. is totally pathetic with just 4 or maybe 5 channels,so all we watched was muay thai boxing.on 3rd day a massive elec blowout in patong so no lift & no way cud i get up all those stairs so was over 3 hour wait.all over the hotel things had been er whats a kind word to use,well money had been spent on some areas but were all badly finished,so called new bathrooms had some nice tiles but grout stains everywhere & tiles out of sinc.makes me think the owner & son may have thrown down the work instead of paying an expert to do the job properly.they wont like my review but be honest guys the place needs some real money spending on it.jungceylon is close by.1 star hotel.

Good location near Baan Zaan market and Jung Ceylon. 10-15 minutes’ walk to Soi Bangla and beach.

Found food in the kettle , toilet flood, no hair dryer,very noisy.we stay 4 nights have to request water Everyday , hanging the room cleaning sign but never clean up . Ask from the front desk for room cleaning find out they didn’t change the bed sheet . Will never ever come back again .

Nice and clean hotel, we was given stained/smelly towels 2 out of 3 times which is unacceptable, there’s no deckchairs at the pool which is poor and (obviously not the hotels fault) but the bar next door has music on exceptionally loud until 8 (YES 8) am and you can’t sleep, lovely hotel but I would not stop again.

This hotel was great. My super deluxe room was great. Love it! The most important thing to do in Patong was visit Bangla Street with is 3 minutes walking distance from hotel. Beside my hotel is Bangla Boxing Stadium also place to be visit while at Patong.

Convenient and pleasing. Can book anything through the hotel, even for activities the day or sometimes hours before. Staff very helpful. Wish the breakfast had more choices.

The hotel locate in the center of Patong, so you can go to any place you want by other means as tuktuk, taxi, or just walk around the markets.

My experience at the hotel was that the staff spoke little English and the rooms needed to have information on things to do and information about how to use things like the air conditioning unit ,TV if TV is working and rules and regulations of the hotel such as fire evacuation area to the hotel. Also a welcome pack . this type of thing will help with the hotel.

Horrible service started with no ride from the airport to our hotel room even though it was clearly stated that they offered the service and we requested it. Tried to call the guy at the desk and he told me to get a cab. So we did, and we were greeted by a rude man at the front desk who only gave us an attitude and cursed at us under his breath. Didnt take long for us to decide to change or hotel room the next morning.

I loved and enjoyed my stay. Great location!! Balang Blvd is a 5 minute walk. Located in an area where its actually quiet. I loved thr rooftop pool!! I went swimming to see the sunset and it was perfect. Breakfast was also good and plentiful. Laundry service was useful since I needed to wash lots of bathing suits and beach towels. My room was cozy and attended to my likings. Staff was friendly and accommodating to my needs. I would definitely stay here again whenever Im back in town..
