We have stayed a few times at this motel when traveling to Florida. Its quiet and a family run place. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and well worth it if you have food with you (we had leftovers that we could heat up in the microwave and milk for our morning coffee).
My only concern was being charged for using a credit card. The amount was nominal and they have a big sign, but nothing on the Hotels.com site, since you have to pay on property.

This is an old motel but has been very well taken care of. Super clean. Even the baseboards were clean. There isn’t much to do here or restaurants but 15 min up the road has plenty. Owners were very nice and accommodating.

The owners and staff work their tails off to keep this place clean and inviting. We had no issues, beds were comfy and room has exactly what you need. Very friendly and informative about the area when I had questions. Keep up the great work and hope to see you again soon!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Motel, and I can confidently say it was a delightful experience! The location is fantastic, with easy access to the beautiful springs and just a short drive to town where I found plenty of shopping options.
The motel itself was impressively clean, making my stay very comfortable. I truly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere, largely thanks to the friendly staff who were always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality made a great impression and added to the overall positive experience.
If you’re looking for a convenient and pleasant place to stay, I highly recommend this place!

Our host was really gracious in allowing us to check in early and they granted us to check out late as well... everything that I asked for he humbly provided... Would definitely stay there again!... Also it was very quiet

This is my second time staying at the property. It is a nice and quiet place to stay with only a short drive to the beaches around Panama City. It is also a short drive from the Falling Waters and Florida Caverns State Parks.

Me and my bf only stayed for one night but it was a great stay. I would definitely stay here again. Had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. Bed was clean and the room smelled fresh and clean. Looks like brand new floors and painted walls. Check-in and check-out was easy. The two people working at the front were very welcoming. Had me sign a paper and gave us our keys. Bathroom was clean and shower was big. Water could have been warmer it was chilly but still really nice. The only issue with staying here is that the town does not have a store or fast food but it is like a fifteen minute drive.

The man at the front was very nice and polite. He was the better part of the stay. I noted the room as being dirty and saw several roaches. The price for the room was a bit high for what was offered and the age of the amenities. The extra star is only for the nice man at the front. I enjoyed our conversations, but will not be returning to this motel.

This is a very agreeable property. It’s simple, clean and convenient for visits to the springs nearby. The shower head was wiggly and there was a small hole in the shower wall, but other than that it was very well kept. I would recommend to friends

They accidentally gave my room away! We did check in at 10 something, yet there was my name with a line through it when we showed up. We ended up getting one king bed, which isnt optimal but better than nothing. Clean room, nice people.

Shower was very strong, door frame had a few spots where you can see outside, and the curtain let a lot of light in from outside around the curtain. Room was ery clean, and one bed was hard and the other very soft. Staff was wonderful, helpful, and friendly.. There is a gas station within wslking distance with friendly people. There were a couple businesses with bars on windows and doors. I would stay there again. Very clea .

It’s a nice place to stay. We were able to check in late. But we’re short on towels and when we went to get more no one could be found. There was also a stray cat that kept trying to get in our room and was under your feet the entire time you were trying to pack your car. The room itself is nice and with your regular things fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and hair dryer! This was our 2nd time staying here and I think I’d stay again. Overall 8/10

Old style Motel. The room look like it was newly painted and the carpets looked also new. The bed was firm but comfortable. The air conditioner worked well and more importantly was quiet. The shower was simple but effective plenty of hot water. We stayed there on the way to Florida Orlando area. It was reasonably priced clean. If we’re ever in need of a hotel while traveling and this is convenient we would stay there again.

Nothing fancy, but based on other travelers’ reviews, this seemed to be the best option anywhere in the area. The only negative was that there were no restaurants in the immediate vicinity; we would’ve had to get back in the car and drive to another exit to find restaurants. But the room was clean and comfortable, had a microwave in a mini fridge and coffee maker, And everything seem to be in working condition. It’s just far enough off the highway that we really didn’t hear any highway noise.

This is a nice little old style motel just off I-10. It was clean and comfortable, no frills but it did have a nice mini fridge and microwave. We were there for a house hunting trip and werent in the room much but it had all we needed. It appears to be run by an older husband and wife team who were very friendly.

Owners are very nice and accommodating. Our reservation didn't show up in their system but they still honored everything. My daughter really wanted a 2nd floor room and they happily gave us one. The room was clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the refrigerator. My only complaint is the shower head. It sprayed every which way unless it was in the center high-pressure setting.

The folks that own this motel are very kind and friendly. It’s not the newest or fanciest place but it’s comfortable and very clean. I had friends in 2 other rooms and they felt the same way as well! Next time I’m going to the springs, I’d stay here again.

Very convenient to Vortex and Morrison Springs. Short drive to Destin, FL. Approximately 10 miles to lots of restaurants and shopping. Rooms had been remodeled and were clean.
