Nice little apartment for 3 nights for 4 people. Quiet and easy access to the city center.

We were welcomed at Broc House by Victor and provided a very clean 1 BR unit. The unit was large and homey with all the ameyou could want. The location was on a safe area but a little far from hot spots and public bus routes.Overall though, we couldn't have been more pleased with Beoc House. We highly recommend.

The broc house was the perfect jumping off point for our eight days in Ireland. The transit options made it easy to get around the city, we were able to stock up on groceries at the tesco just a couple of blocks away, the space was quiet and comfortable and the in unit laundry meant we were able to pack less for the week.

The room was super comfortable and convenient to everything nearby. They provided a highchair which was helpful for feeding our infant.

Great stay. Just what we needed! The lady checking us in was so friendly and helpful! No complaints just a great little place to stay!

Good stay for our group of 7 in 3 different rooms. Close to a Tesco for coffee and shopping. Easy walk to metro station.

We had the most wonderful stay. It was in a great location and easy to get to wherever you wanted to go. The apt was comfortable, clean, and well stocked to meet all our needs. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful with all our questions and needs.

This was a very nice stay. We stayed on the third floor penthouse which had a remarkable deck/balcony. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. We were not too good on driving the rental car we had as they drive on the opposite side of the care and road than we do, so we sent out for Ubers, which took only a few minutes to get to us, and was very reasonable to get into downtown.

Quiet location with bus stop close by for city access, easy checkin/ checkout, accommodating and helpful staff (accommodated early checkout, provided addition amenities per request), good set of amenities. Pull out couch/bed and rug were stained in several spots - needs some upgrading.

Updated kitchen, large double bedroom. Nice sitting room. Dated bathroom with smell of cigarettes but overall very value for money and enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

With a car rental this was a wonderful location for visiting family, and it is very close to Dublin (also has access to nearby bus stops). Quiet location, very comfortable bed, excellent service by those who work there, great communication, and having a washer-dryer in the unit was fantastic. So handy having a Tesco just a short walk away and close to the excellent Merrion Inn (highly recommend for dinner.) Overall, the one-bedroom was quite clean, but the furniture did need to be steam-cleaned. Convenient and comfortable, would stay again.

The location was excellent ! Located in a wonderful neighborhood with Sandy Mount Beach, Tesco, and eateries not far away. The Broc House Suites were really nice and clean- definitely would stay again.

We needed to catch the ferry from Dublin early in the morning after our holiday. We have stayed here before and know the rooms are very nice with a kitchen and bathroom. The car park is very good too. They provided lovely white fluffy towels and toiletries too.

Broc House Suites was a pleasant stay. The apartment was quite nice and roomy. The only downside was that the lift was out of order

Nice space and amenities and the parking was easy. Didn’t like that the only thing it was close to was a grocery store.

Great place to stay, loved the location away from Dublin but easily accessible through a short drive. Love that there is market close by! Would highly recommend and will be staying again!

Nice clean place about 10-15 minutes from downtown. Easy parking and easy to get into the city if you have a car or take a quick uber/taxi if you don't. Tesco is a few blocks away and also transit. We would definitely stay here again.

Broc House was the perfect stay for my family and I. The space was much bigger than anticipated and we had everything we could possibly need. I would definitely recommend booking.

A lovely apartment, mostly well equipped. Bathroom had a very high sided bath/shower combination which was difficult to get in and out of. Reception was friendly and helpful. Wifi was responsive. Booked King bed but got queen but bedroom was spacious.

I would not recommend this property. The shower did not drain. An empty can was under the bed. The ceiling had a dark stain on it. And all the planters on the balcony were dead.

The People at reception were very welcoming. Property is very close to some major Dublin transport routes, dart (local train) sydney parade station is just over 5 minutes walk away, takes you straight to city centre in 10 minutes. and on the Donnybrook side many bus routes to UCD and city centre. Located almost next door to RTE studios, across the road from St Vincent's hospital and a minute from Merrion shopping centre (groceries). The room suited my needs perfectly and could sleep 4, everything was compact but just as you'd need it. I can't fault it and couldn't believe how reasonable the price on expedia was given other alternatives for the same dates. I will check this place out before I look at anything else the next time I need to stay in Dublin.

I stayed here as part of an extended trip for work good apartment with all facilities required lampshade needs replacing on bedside lamp and possibly battery in clock in living room as not working

Great apartment with all amenities needed. Safe and comfortable for single female travelling for business. Would highly recommend.
