The room was full of mold on the walls and the linen on the bed wasn’t that clean. I won’t go there again

Walked into the room and the sheets were moist, the floor was sticky, there was an empty toilet paper roll on the tp holder, and there was a sunflower seed on the floor by the bed.

The check in was smooth and the desk clerk was professional and friendly. The room was nicely cleaned. On the negative side, the hotel felt humid all over inside. The HVAC unit in our room smellled very musty and the sink drain had a strong mold odor.

Pool was closed for whatever reason. No washer and dryer for guest. Breakfast was not very good. Our sink could not really be used because it was evidently clogged and the water took a while to go down.

It was an okay stay, a lot of workers stayed at this location and it was a little loud in the morning and I believe it was a little overpriced.

The hotel did not match the pictures. It’s much older; however, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was nice. The breakfast was the only downfall. The juices were extremely watered down. The only hot things to eat were the typical powdered eggs and sausage patties. That was both days. The pastries and breads were stale and the toaster wouldn’t toast them at all. For the price though, I would stay here again.

Nakeesha (I'm not sure if I'm spelling it correctly (she was working 6/21/2024, at 9:00pm when I checked in. I want to make sure she gets credit for being extremely professional and helpful. She is why my stay was enjoyable. She was kind, considerate and went above qnd beyond!!!!!!

BBQs set up in the parking areas and couldn't maneuver to park. The bathroom door would not close. The room door security latch was missing. The attendant at the front was friendly and welcoming. I would have left if it wasn't late and I was tired. Wouldn't stay there again.

Man at Front desk was sooo RUDE… then comforter was so nasty we had to ask for it to be changed!!! We will never be back there!

Not a good experience. Room had a configuration where the bathroom faucet was located in the entry hallway, so it could not be closed off. The floor was wet and greasy, and when they came to mop it housekeeping left the front door open.

The hotel was dirty and I was charged for “stained sheets” which were that way when I arrived. We asked for new bedding and we’re just given a blanket which we slept on top of. Horrible experience. Do not stay here.

Property was nice. Front desk lady was so nice and helpful.

The next morning we realized that the window does not lock and the screen was barely latched it was the back of the building and no one would have been seen. Someone could have easily entered our room while we went out the night before.

Check in was easy and receptionist was very friendly. We were on the interstate side of hotel and it was very noisy. So much that we thought the window may have been open! Hotel had a stale bar room smell. I picked this hotel because it said no pets, but while downstairs in the lobby I saw a dog and owner walk through.
The next morning we got up for breakfast around 8:30 and there was very little waffle mix left and not much else. Most important of all there was no coffee!!

One of the property's redeeming qualities was its affordability. In a town where accommodations can be limited, this property offered a budget-friendly option, which was much appreciated.
The staff was friendly and welcoming. They were responsive to our requests and did their best to address the issues we encountered. Their dedication to customer service did not go unnoticed.
However, it's important to acknowledge that the property had some challenges. The overall appearance and upkeep left much to be desired. The property was not in the best condition, and some areas were in need of renovation. While it may not have been picturesque, it served its purpose as a place to rest our heads during our visit to Ruston.
