Staff was very helpful and accomodating and polite. The room was clean but had stale musty air in it . Smelled like it had not been used for a bit . I liked I could open the window.

I stayed in 2 different rooms and both had very dirty furniture tables, chairs, countertops, head boards, the weren't clean and sanitized. Stains and other hair from previous guest on the bedding. The pool looked inviting and the grounds looked good, but the vending machines didn't work and there was only 1 ice machine that was outside at the next building. Walking up 2 flights of stairs with luggage was very inconvenient

The property itself was decent looking. The staff was cordial. The rooms left much to be desired! There were kinda outdated and I absolutely hate the door to the other room and kept a chair propped under it at night. The bedding had stains and the tan leather headboard was absolutely disgusting and hadn't been cleaned since they put it up.

If you are close to this area and need to stay overnight tgos place ia amazing. They give you bottle of waters, tea, cofee and snacks. If you have a dog is pretty convenient since they are pet friendly. Everyone is very nice and the room is pretty comfortable. It has everything you need including a full soce fridge

Everything was nice clean even nice grass nice view of a lake they have other qualities that intellect you to visit or study or want to sit down and read they have nice dining areas reading areas so far so far etc etc

TV didn't work and floor was filthy

When we first got to the hotel we checked in an went to our room the door was wide open and it smelled like pee and there were roaches coming out from under the bed

I really liked the lobby! If they had a grand piano in there it would complete the asthetics. Just from my experience, when i walked into my room it had the smell of mothball to me which didn't give me as great of an impression. Smell is a very important impression. The room was great in cleanliness and design. I also noticed the ac unit was a bit louder than expected but it was not too terrible.

Water leaking out the A/C units onto the sidewalk to your entry door. All 3 upholstered chairs were wet, we could not sit on anything but the bed. Bathroom door falling off the hinges, roach in bathroom.

First of all when we got to the room the door was not closed and had a crack in it when we entered the room the room supposed to be clean and ready there was an old dirty baseball cap hanging from the TV once any room and got the checking room we realized that the room was very old outdated and possibly have been underwater and so therefore when you shut the door the door will hardly stay close and there was a crack at the bottom of the door with anything could crawl on her and come in the door if you wasn't careful and on top of that the water was slow to go out of the tub when you took showers so you had to take the stopper completely out and then on the day that we was to leave and check out I discovered that there were baby roaches in the bathroom.

Great place! Large but yet quite. We would stay here again.

Convenient to stores and food options. Good place to stay when going to the beach. Pet friendly. We will stay again.

we went to pensacola to spend 4th of July weekend , so i booked one night at this "hotel" i went to check in at the end of a beach day, the room i booked was 2 beds, i walk in and there is only one bed, they were booked out for the weekend, i had no were to go to sleep they told me to call expedia at 11pm on 4th to try to find another room somewhere else. it was a terrible experience not fun at all. my parents stayed there, the room wasn't clean at all and the breakfast wasn't even eatable. i don't recommend this place at all.

We were very happy when we got to the room. But once we went to check in they said our room had been canceled. This is the second time this has happened to us at this motel. It was canceled last year and it was canceled this year. So we are looking for a new place to stay. Because we are going to use someone that want cancel are Reservations. So that is the part. We are very unhappy with it. Getting our motel canceled.I think we should be given something in return for that becsuse it has happened to us the last two years, and we had to stand there and find a room to stay in because somebody else already had our room. If you can't make it right, we will start using somebody else.I've been using you guys for a long time.

Our stay was excellent from staff to service. Hotel was very clean and was a comfortable stay. Staff was very friendly over all 10 out of 10 stay. Price was affordable will definitely be staying again

The coworkers were very friendly and easy to work with. There was also a lot of families which made it feel safer.

The breakfast selection could be improved.

This is a long time staying property. You can see lots of drug activity. There where roaches.
