The room was very clean and beds were super comfortable. Coffee was served a little late for my taste. Had to run out for morning coffee. No breakfast here, Staff was terrific

Everything was good

I didn't have high expectations because motels are usually a miss. But The Anchorage was lovely. Our room was sparkling clean, towels and linens fresh and super white. Floor was clean, windows and mirrors spotless. Beds were comfy. No closet but a clothes rack with hangers was just fine. Microwave and mini fridge were sparkling.

People were very nice and the building was near the beach and staff was super friendly.

This is the first time we stayed at this motel. Our stay was July 31, 2024, until Aug. 1, 2024. The lady (I don't remember her name) at the front desk on Wed. the 31st was awesome. The cleanliness of the motel was top notch too. This family run business knows how to offer their customers a pleasant experience. Thank You!

Had a quick trip to Rehoboth Beach and this place was very convenient and affordable! I was skeptical at first about this place but, it didn’t disappoint! It was clean and had decently comfortable beds. Definitely would recommend because it’s only 10 minutes away from the Rehoboth Boardwalk.

The rooms are average, but the area is nice and great restaurants. Very safe parking.

My first stay I’d say was a great one! There were no issues during our stay and the front desk staff was great and friendly.

Reason for rating the property a 3 star is due to the smell in the room. It was actually extremely clean, but smelt like a nursing home does due to use of a certain type of cleaner. The property itself as I said is clean; the room was clean; the check in process was easy; but the smell was hard to swallow (even though it wasn’t bad after spending a few mins inside; I got used to it).

We had a great stay during our vacation. We would go here again.

The staff was very nice. But the room we were originally assigned was not cleaned at all. There were hairs and dirt all over the sink. The bathroom had standing water. Some of the lights in the room were broken. When speaking with the staff about the condition of the room, they politely gave us another room, that was clean. I just don’t feel like for $250/night, the condition of the rooms should be in the state they are in. Everything felt very outdated. Not only the condition of the room, but there wasn’t even a coffee bar available until 8am. I don’t blame the staff at all. They were all very helpful and accommodating. But unless the condition of the place is upgraded and modified, I wouldn’t in good conscience be able to recommend it to anyone.

A little far from the downtown area, but overall a good value and nice place.
