Very friendly staffs service. Always willing to assisting guests, very clean and tidy room. I would recommend this hotel to any travellers with different purposes.

First impression Hotel & Staff Comment : Is quite good at the lobby and all reception is friendly face especially " Maria and Vi " Maria speak english is very well and will initiative to recommend nha trang attractions and recommend street food for us. Vi also initiative to inform us the weather status is good attitude. And the second day was my husband birthday, An Vista Hotel was gave us surprise "Birthday Cake" so sweet and my husband was happy" , the cake is delicious. We went to many country and hotel was first time treat us like this. Location : Also good location and many restaurant at the street and nearly the beach also. The street exchange rate also high. Room & Cleanliness : Room was very and bigger than i imagine, and have a big bathtub. Room was clean and everyday will clean it. Hotel Breakfast : The breakfast was very good also, i stay 2 day ,everyday different food ready. Swimming Pool & Bar : Swimming Pool at the 19 level , very clean pool and water. The bar also got many drink to order food also can order there . Wifi : The hotel Wifi sometime can connect sometime can not connect, but is doesn't matter for me because we have unlimited data.

The hotel is really nice and clean. It's slightly back from the main road so a little quieter but still a stone's throw away from being a stone's throw away from the beach. The breakfast is good but some of the popular items disappear straight away when groups go up and basically take the whole plate! The staff are usually quick to replace though. The swimming pool on the top floor is a bit small but it's really nice having it so high up and the views across the city are cool. I'd skip the restaurant food but there are plenty of nice places to eat nearby anyway. The best thing about this place though is the staff. Everyone is incredible, very attentive and intelligent (they all seem to speak multiple languages)! Special shout out to Nin for taking extra good care of us and sharing some great conversations. :)

Check-in and check-out is fast. However, staff need to remind the tourists from China not to talk too loud in the lobby and coffee house. They like to shout even the person they are talking to is nearby

We booked this hotel at the last minute through Expedia while waiting at DaNang airport to CamRanh. Surprise that it was a good hotel. The staffs were very nice and helpful. The location was good, walking distance to the beach, restaurant, and shopping. The breakfast buffet was okay, but it was convenient, so we didn’t have to go out to eat early in the morning. We stayed only 2 nights, and went out most of the time, so we didn’t have time to check out the pool on top of the building. Thanks the hotel staffs for making our NhaTrang visit easier and enjoyable.

There are construction around the hotel but the hotel itself is nice and the staffs are super helpful.

I had a very pleasant stay at An Vista Hotel as the staffs are very approachable, friendly and helpful. The room is clean and the staffs are excellent.

The road was under construction. As a vegetarian/vegan no real choice of food to eat. Hotel was pretty dated. Pool was nice, but limited options at the bar.

Awesome hotel. Had a short stay so couldn’t fully enjoy the amenities but the room was clean, shower was great. One minor issue was the WiFi signal/speed. However, staff immediately asked us if there was any questions and concerns the following morning after our first night. We updated them on that and they gave us continual attention and assured us that they would work on it. I have no doubt that under the current management and care from the staff, that this is a hotel that many will enjoy and will flourish in Nha Trang. Highly recommend.

The beach is approximately five minutes away and there's a city bus stop located right on the main road. Bus fare from the airport to the hotel is $50,000vnd but you have to cross the busy main road to get to the alley leading to the hotel. The only draw back is it's located at the end of a little alley. The alley has tons of other hotels, restaurants and a mini night market. easy access to shops and restaurants..convenience stores, and although it is a busy area the hotel is pretty quiet because it is at the end of a street. I was sick the whole of my stay but the staff were so helpful and kept checking on me to see if I was ok... outstanding service, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. highly recommend this hotel, excellent value for money, good location for the beach yet quiet enough. This hotel is well worth its rating, I would use it again.

A good hotel close to the center of the park and the large pool areas, as well as the beach. Within walking distance of the downtown. Clean rooms and tidy hotel. Pleasant and helpful staff, including quick check-out. Maybe the breakfast could be a bit more international and internet connection better. All in all a great choise for a hotel in Nha Trang.

An Vista was a great place to stay in Nha Trang, near to the beach and restaurants but also on a quieter side street (with shops, street food, delicious rolled ice-cream and juice vendors, etc) so away from the hectic main road. The room was clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the rooftop pool and bar made for a great end to every afternoon. The icing on the cake however was the hotel’s exceptional staff who were always on hand and ready to help at any opportunity. We particularly loved chatting to Maria about our day and to ask for dining and activity recommendations. When we checked out it was like waving goodbye to family. We hope one day return to Nha Trang and will be sure to stay at the An Vista Hotel.

General speaking, this is a very good hotel. I want to say something about the staffs. During my stay in the hotel, I had a traffic accident outside. When the hotel knew about this. A senior staff Tom, came to the hospital to help me. This is very unexpected. He helped me a lot because most of the people in the hospital didn't speak English. Most of the time, Tom needed to push my wheelchair due to too many patients. Tom also arranged taxi for me to buy medicine then back to hotel. I will be back to Nha Trang and will stay in An Vista again. Tom, thank you so much and all the best with you!

The hotel is a nice hotel. The rooms are large and the bed was super comfortable. This was my second best hotel that I stayed in while visiting Vietnam and Cambodia. The hotel organized an island tour with lunch and snorkelling for me with a hotel pickup. The beach is only across the road and the restaurants are plentiful.
