Im 69 yrs young.. the place looked sketchy .. I LEFT there and booked across the street at a better rodeway in.. a bit more pricey butt well worth it> and service and staff were very NICE!

The couple from reception was very kind snd very caring in being sure everything was fine. They slso helped me by borrowing a converter for my laptop charger.

Heater was not really working and since we checked late we were able to get anything done for it. It was pretty cold and air was coming through the door frame since it wasn’t sealed.

When I arrived, the Lady accommodated my request to check in an hour early for just $5-more. She was kind and gave me a clean quiet room. The room was spacious and very clean. Comfortable. The door locks could use replacement, but that's the ONLY thing I had a small issue with. The bed was comfortable and the TV worked fine This motel is a GOOD VALUE for the price and is close by shopping and a few restaurants. Even to go to fancier restaurants, was a mere 8 minute drive over the tracks and under a bridge. I WILL return here on my way to and from New Mexico. Ty.💯

When I arrived at the property, I had been given a price and confirmation through your site. I then proceeded to get my room to which they said they did not have what they had offered and told me I had to pay an extra $10.00 for accommodations.

We got charged additional $15 for our chihuahua which I’m not sure if it’s Expedia’s fault per front desk. Normally when it says Pet friendly (such as Motel 6 or Super 8), 1 pet is included. The amenities is very basic and old but wverything is functioning and clean at least.

Heat was turned off .it was gas with a radiator. She had to pass it to get to the bathroom burnt herself on it .

The hotel owner checked in with me to make sure everything was good.

If you go in expecting luxury, you’ll be very disappointed. If, however, you need a place to sleep/rest with the basic amenities of shower, TV, fridge, and microwave, you’ll love this place for the price. I stayed one night during a trip across the country and it served me well as far providing a place to rest, shower (which I hadn’t done so far during the trip due primarily to sleeping in campgrounds), and watch Sunday Night Football (which I was actually looking forward to).

Customer service was quick and polite.Lady at front desk was friendly and easy going person. i got huge room with 2 beds. A lot of parking space and close to road intersections. I am very happy to stay here.

Okay I needed a cheap place in Gallup and I have stayed in a few. This one was by far the best. It was old, run-down, faded, old equipment in the bathroom....But it was perfect. It was very clean! It was very good sized for a single, and the people were top-notch. I will return. So if you do not need to impress anyone, this is a great call.

The room opens to outside, property is close to the edge of town. Nights seem to be nosy, vehicles were drag racing all night. The room was cozy, the heater and hot water were on point. The lady who checked me in was very pleasant. Overall a fine stay.

they try to charge a fee for a service animal for "cleaning" that's illegal and the property is disgusting and not maintained at all its also very unsafe lots of drug adducts around even in there parking lot and there was bugs all over

Very large and comfortable room for the money. The staff was very nice and attentive.

We had a dog. Had to pay an extra $15. So, we are never going to stay there again just for that. Just two towels. Lock didn't work between rooms so all we had a chain.

Easy and comfortable stay on our road trip.

Older hotel. The furnishings, like the hotel, are old but they are serviceable. The room was clean and there were no bugs. The shower is old style with high pressure unlike a lot of newer hotels. It was very satisfying. I stop in Gallup a couple of times a year going between Texas and Idaho. I just want a clean, low-cost room to get some sleep and a shower in the morning, so I can get on the way. This hotel fits the bill nicely.

Basic room.. friendly customer service.. for a one-night stay for about 6 hours it was perfect for me. I would easily recommend it for short stay.
