Great place to stay if you have a family. Our family of 4 were comfortable in our two bedroom suite. Breakfast is standard. We stayed one night but the location is good.

Beds were very comfortable but pillows aren't firm enough... for me rhat is...
Front desk was friendly and funny and was so wonderful to upgrade us to a 2 bedroom suite which our son truly appreciated 👏
We'll absolutely stay here again on our next trip thru the area.

I prepaid in full to Expedia on June 12 $402.72 for 2 nights. After the stay TownePlace Suites charged my credit card additional $256, $98, and $1, without explanation or statement. This is a gross discrepancy from Expedia advertised price. I have disputed the chages.

Traveled with Family to the bay area, decided to stay in a 2 queen room. The staff was very friendly about everything, they even gave us a room on their highest floor-5th floor-had a good view. The 2 queen bed suite was clean, had everything you can use with kids, dishes, utensils, microwave, large fridge would make for a great stay for a week long trip. Only downside was the pillows in the room because they were old and the covers were on the pillows were on the yellow side instead of it being white. I would toss the pillows and the covers and get some new ones. Breakfast was top class as well.

Despite being one of the newer hotels on the mid-peninsula, this hotel already needs some updates, mostly in the bathroom. Rusting mirror and grunge in the grout around the tub means this hotel has been used a lot! For this reason, we won't choose this hotel again, especially when newer, better-condition hotels are nearby.

The property was very clean and the staff was very nice. I am most particular about the bathroom and the shower. Most hotels that we've stayed at, the bathtub is usually clogged so you are showering with the water pooling on your feet. Not very clean after all. This hotel, however, is not like that. They have very good pressure on the shower and the water drains well. Overall a very pleasant stay.

I had initially reserved a room with a king bed and was given a room with 2 queens. In speaking with the front desk they told me they didn't have any other room, which ultimately they did. I was told they thought by giving me the 2 beds that it was considered an "upgrade" and somewhat larger space which wasn't the case. In the end I was given a king which has a walk-in shower vs. a tub that I prefer. Also the noise factor coming from the halls seemed to be louder than in other places. The door peephole was broken and the TV screen was too small for that size of a room.

It wasn’t the best experience I have had. The bed was broken and didn’t know it til we got back from a real nice dinner. The breakfast was mediocre. The comfort of the bed was horrible too. My wife is handicapped and she was in so much pain sleeping on the bed. She barely slept and cried most of the night. I didn’t sleep well at all either. Couldn’t get comfortable either. I think I will stay somewhere else next time. The staff didn’t really care when I told them about our night. They just looked at us and said ok, we will have someone look at the bed after you check out. Really!!!

It was an amazing stay particularly the mini-kitchen and we will for sure come back, plus promote to others. Front desk staff should be especially commended, such as Dan, Marina, and the Asian female front desk person who checked us in (apologies for not taking down her name). Even their smiles were very sincere!

We loved our stay at this hotel. Conveniently located to stores/ food options. The hotel was clean and big. It was in a great area and right off the freeway. The breakfast was great as well! Will definitely be staying here again.

Convenient location, we love the breakfast buffet.
There was a big bug crawling on our table in our bedroom which I reported and showed at the front desk.
Our first day check in was a little slow like the lady didn’t know the process but we finally got checked in when she called the manager.
The staff at the breakfast buffet were very friendly and did excellent jobs.
We like staying in this hotel for convenience.
