Everything was perfect. There was small misunderstanding free shuttle bus ride, they sent me a taxi instead of shuttle bus and private car to the airport. Especially my butler ‘Lee’ who is Korean was so nice to me. Her great greeting was so amazing. Moreover food and swimming pool also beautiful, and all scenary in this Fusion resorts was magnificent! BUT!!!! Some male workers and service guys were unappropriate. They didn’t smile or greet well. I think they need to be educated more, they barely say HI to me, didn’t speak English well. That’s one thing I feel so-so about this resorts. Except that stating here is recommended strongly! I will looking forward to staying your other regions’ resort. Thanks!

Very clean and tidy with very friendly staffs

All of the reviews I read were accurate and helpful, I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a quiet place not too far from the beach. Good food, clean room and well stocked fridge with very reasonable prices. 5 star for me.

Great hotel and super nice rooms! This hotel would have been perfect if it wasn't for the breakfast, it was expensive and not worth the price at all ( stay away from the coffee). Also the staff tried super hard to be as friendly as possible but sometimes their lack of English became painful! all in all, a good place to stay and worth a recommendation!

Great place! pretty, cozy, clean! so friendly staff, close to the beach, wifi, free use of washing machine, free bike rental. Not the busiest area but not far from restaurants and such. Very relaxing place!

Spacious and cozy room. very friendly staff though their command of eng was not good. hotel was far from town but walking distance to good restaurant and beach that was not crowded. we had a very comfortable stay. Given its price i will definitely stay here again.

A little secluded. It's a 15 minute walk to the beach but the beach is full of rubbish. I've to take a cab down south to get a better beach. Hotel room is awesome. Hotel has no restaurant so it's a little too inconvenient specially when I got there late at night and was hungry.

Went to Phu Quoc to have a relaxing time, this Hotel simply suit my needs, about 15 mins to the ariport and not far to the night market.(unfortunately the seafood i ordered from the store at the night market is not fanastics and not cheap too).

Our family were very happy during the time we had stayed here, specially the service from the staff and owner. We will recommend to our family and friends, and will come back.

The staff are extremely helpful and courteous, and the overall stay was incredibly pleasant and relaxing. I'd happily go back again. They have hire bikes and motorbikes if you want also.
