Location was convenient to the downtown area with all major amenities close by including a Superstore, Shoppers, and Winners a block away.
Hotel was clean a comfortable but service was not great. They barely pick up the phone when calling the front desk. We tried about 12 times within 12 hours and no one picked up.
The body lotion bottle was completely empty when we checked in and the facial tissue box was pretty much empty as well.
Hot tub in the pool area was barely warm which sucked.

The room was gorgeous although light pollution was awful from the surrounding buildings. The tram is outside and all day and night the sound from the crossing was loud, especially at night. I recommend earplugs and eyemask. Beds were very comfortable.
Breakfast is included but poor. Turkey sausage awful.
No bacon.
Hot was was lukewarm at best.
Staff were lovely and food in the bar was great. Tim Hortons next door. Walk to lots of places. Studio Bell 3 mins. Calgary tower 12 mins.

This was a very pleasant surprise. Parking is always a thing in Calgary and we were able to park across the street for $6 a day. The room itself had a wonderful view, super comfy bed and it was so clean! Plus breakfast! Will definitely book in here again.

I did not have the best experience checking in. I shared my experience with the hotel supervisor, and Nelson was absolutely fantastic. He took time to understand the situation and offered solutions to make my stay better. He also referred me to speak with the hotel manager, Noel, who also was willing to help make the remainder of my stay a better experience. I was impressed with both of them as they went above and beyond to make things right. Their efforts convinced me to consider booking Hilton again in the future.
Unfortunately the location of this hotel is near a shelter in downtown Calgary. It felt unsafe to be outside, as there were people from the shelter around the area.

Lots of homeless people around the hotel premise. Our rental car was scratched on the driver side of the window. Not a safe and a secure place to keep your car, The place is not a secure environment.
The property layout for one suite bedroom is a little off! My seven years old, who is about 4 ft tall, she can’t reach the shampoo and conditioner, while she is taking a shower. Only hotel I came across that still uses a bar of soap! Our first Homewood suite hotel in Calgary, where the Kitchen supply is not stocked with paper towel, liquid dish soap! Overall, we had a pleasant experience. Not every Homewood suite had this issue, the Calgary downtown location comes in the bottom of the tier. Staff are helpful and friendly, but the location is not the best. The view from the 13th floor is spectacular!

We booked a 5 night stay at the hotel. We were asked at check in if we would like room cleaned daily or alternate days. We requested daily cleaning. However, room was cleaned twice in 5 days, second time only after we complained.
Very small breakfast area. Just keep standing for a table to be free and then for it to be cleaned. Terrible breakfast, no English breakfast tea unless you are ready to fight for it and wait. Hardly any options and closed sharp at 9:00 am even if 20 people were eating at the time. One small area for bread so you have to keep waiting for replacement when finished. Only one person helping with breakfast and too rude, possibly due to stress of being overworked. Poor cleanliness.
It was such a poor experience, we decided to stay with our friends on the last night and checked out in the morning.
Would not consider again and would not recommend.

This was our first time staying at this family style hotel.
The hotel room layout is nice and comfortable despite the room not being very clean and lack of toiletries. 1 small bottle of shampoo and body wash for 5 guests. The fold-out bed is horrible… I understand that most beds of this format are springy, but this was not able to be slept on. We slept on the floor instead.
The breakfast was very disappointing as there was no seating for both days stay. We went 1 hour before closing time and there was no food. The selection was subpar; I don’t understand why there was a Mexican style breakfast for 2 days in a row. There also were no condiments like ketchup or even salt and pepper available. And for a family friendly facility there was lack of selection for kids to eat.
The pool was also not very clean; there were specks of larger debris and stringy things in the water. Overall, it was disappointing for a downtown stay. I would say stay here if there is a deal of some kind for the rate.

Nice newer hotel in a convenient location. Room was spacious and staff were friendly. Two big buses were blocking the entry, which made temporary parking for check-in difficult. The staff person didn't seem to understand how the paid parking across the street worked. Overall, a good place but with a couple patking issues.

The room was very spacious with a kitchenette and a separate sitting area. Food at the restaurant onsite was not really tasty but the staff was attentive and it was convenient for us as we arrived starving and tired from the airport. Breakfast is very basic but good for the money. This stay was better than expected.

The entire building was very hot. Called to have AC checked, they never followed up and it was not any better. No offer to move rooms or discount given the discomfort during heat wave- kids had to sleep in underwear.

The hotel itself was good but was lower than my expectations compared to the once I had before in Vancouver branch. Reception area should offer a refreshing drink even just water not just coffee-all-day! It's so freaking hot outside. Your offers should be based at least with outside weather. Receptionist was nice & friendly. But the way to the parking lot has no signage. The receptionist even went outside to direct us because it's way too confusing. Breakfast food was not good tastes blunt and dry. Pillows we're so old you need a new one please!
