Good value for money

We booked this motel while on the road for a one night stay. It was not at all what we expected. It seems that it is an old apartment building converted into a motel. The motel has acquired two adjacent properties as well. I didn't see inside those two. Just to set the tone, we were welcomed at reception counter behind a protective see through barrier wall. None of the several entry points into the building were locked or secured. They were left unlocked all night. Walking to our room we passed several men sitting outside their room drinking beer. One if them had a dozen empty beer cans on his table. Once in the room, it smelled bad. The bathroom sink was clogged with what looked like barth. The shower walks were covered in mold. My kids didn't want to shower. The toilet bowl was stained brown. There were two TVs in the room, one in front of the other because the one behind wasn't working. Lighting was poor. There was a baby crib left in the stairway and a window screen left in the hallway. The smoke/fire detector looked like it was broken. I liked the fact that they provided a selection of free coffee and tea. But, they should have provided a toaster. The sink was covered over. All this you will see in the pics.

The price was low compared to other facilities

The room was in very poor condition the patio doors had problems locking. The mattress and walls had stains.

Good and affordable place to live

The owner was very nice to talk to. The room was simple nut very convenient. The pool very enjoyable.

Refrigerator leaking, bathroom door wouldnt shut, full of fruit flys and smelled bad.

Old school hotel/ motel but very accommodating, pool was nice slide into the pool was fun for the kids, balcony’s were cute and staff were very very friendly, nice and bilingual which helped as we spoke very French. Overall would definitely stay again

We stated 2 night Aug 21 & 22. Room condition was ok but net of balcony was torn and my telephone was not wirking.

I don't know if they cleaned the room before we arrived because there was a shirt that wasn't ours in the closet, and some trash too. I have no comment on property condition & facilities due to its cheap price.

NIce place.... Very clean. Nice staff. Looks a bit old but it's clean and the beds were comfortable.

Next room to ours were so much Smoking people that it was hard to come out they were 7-8 people and some one will always smoking outside. I would say FAMILY people AVOID this place.

Reasonably priced for what you get; Conveniently located; Room had floor boards that sank a little and one was missing, so needs some maintenance; Friendly staff; Overall not a bad place to go if you're on a budget.

Tres bien! Check in was easy, the man running the front was awesome! He set us up next to the pool so my kids didn't need to cross the street to enjoy. Nice quiet room #127. Was clean and spacious with full amenities. Washer, dryer, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 3 beds not including a sofa bed. Jacuzzi tub worked and the water pressure was great. Air conditionied. Honestly have no complaints. It's not the Ritz but it was affordable and accommodated the 6 of us. It's a little run down but that added to the charm for us. First visit to Quebec City was a memorable one. Thanks for making our stay great.

Dirty towels and linen, no utensils and only 3 cups gor 8 people, when suppose to have full kitchen, only 1 toilet paper for 8, etc. Do not recommande.

Nothing to Say

The hotel room was not clean. There was something sticky all over the night table. Floors not cleaned under bed or into the corners. Over priced for the condition of the property. People screaming in hallway. Door did not have a chain to lock it. Pile of vomit outside our balcony door. Staff was fine.

Excellent service! A bit out of the way and a bit expensive for the location.

I want to express how amazing this the property was. The staff was so friendly and what was so great is how much everyone spoke English. The location was so close to the port making it so convenient. Both my husband and I had a great time and looking forward to our next visit.
