I have stayed at this property several times and will go back when in OCMD. The staff is super friendly and professional. Always willing to help. VERY clean. Location is perfect for me. Easy and fast check-in. Best free breakfast I have had at any OC hotel. Plenty of parking onsite. Pet friendly (pretty sure they like my dog more than me! haha). I have never had any problems at the hotel. Very happy customer and mangy hound dog.

Disappointed. We stayed at this hotel earlier in the year and loved it. We were shocked to find the rooms (we had 2) were totally unfit for a top scale hotel. The first room, top floor, great view, clean, except the toilet bowl (not the lid but the bowl) had a crack in the middle thru the porclean. Also a chair cushion was falling apart at the seams. We called the front desk and were immediately moved to another larger room due to the issues. The second room (501) was an upgrade, also a very nice room with a great view. This room had no AC and the thermostat had an CH-05 error code. The room also had a musty smell and the carpet appeared to have been pulled up and put back down possibly wet. We decided to just stay after having unpacked and losing a couple of hours of our trip to celebrate my husband's birthday. The girl at the front desk was very accomodating and understanding and assured us she would have the AC repaired asap. For the 2 nights we were in the hotel we had the sliding glass doors open with no screens in order to get some kind of air circulation in the room. Having seasonal allergies this was not the best solution but the only solution and it worked as far as tolerating the issue. Since we have stayed here before and seen the hotel at in a much better state it was such a disappontment to find this much decline in 10 months. The staff at the front desk are awesome, the rooms were clean, maybe new mangement and better communication would help.

Main problem, and it was a big one, is barking dogs all around us.

Everything was clean & very friendly service. Kim was super friendly checking us in & Carol made sure everything was fresh & stocked for breakfast. Breakfast was really good with lots of options. Indoor pool is on the 8th floor with beautiful views. The only cons were the shower floor was rough & hurt our feet & parking got a bit tricky to find a spot at night.

Excellent hotel just after season ended so it seemed they may have been light on staff. Also was not happy about being charged an extra charge for parking when there was no options but to park at hotel. I can see if you brought a 2nd vehicle

Room had a slight wet towel smell but the hotel was overall very clean and well kept. Breakfast was ok, long lines for the waffle machines.

I would have given this hotel a much higher rating if we had not been put in kind of a strange room. Room 319 doesn’t have a very good air conditioner, so they’ve put in a temporary unit with a huge hose that goes out of a hole in a large wooden plank that sits vertically in the the sliding glass door track. So you cannot close your sliding glass door all the way, and you certainly can’t lock it. It was somewhat unnerving, plus pretty warm in the room. The state of the room definitely wasn’t worth what we paid. Otherwise this was a good hotel, decent breakfast, great service, you do have to cross Coastal Highway to get to the beach, but it’s not a long walk. The only other downside is it’s a very large hotel, and there are only two elevators that service the entire hotel, so there’s a lot of waiting to get up and down to your room, and the elevator is often too full to use.

Nice hotel, we really enjoyed the outdoor pool as it’s not cold and the kids were able tolerate it’s temperature despite the windy/ cooler air during our vacation. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. Nice spread of buffet breakfast. Parking is not free.

I’ve stayed here a few years ago and the service they have is still really good . I would definitely take my family back to this place for vacation. The staff was great , very friendly and attentive with service.

We had an amazing experience as a large group who got 7 room altogether. Service, hotel views and conveniences were amazing. However, there was a hidden parking fee that I did not like especially considering this hotel is pretty far from the boardwalk. Expedia says 5 mins but it’s actually 10-12 mins.

Only a one night stay, hotel room was large. Good quiet location but close to things. Balcony view was awesome. Only negative my son the pull out bed was very uncomfortable.

We had to make a sudden decision. The hotel we originally were going to stay with had an air conditioning failure for 2 floors, including ours. We had to quickly find another place nearby. I went with the marriott brand, and it paid off.
