Good location, big room, nice beach in front of the hotel and ok breakfast. But the room was really bad when it comes to cleaning.

Better than expected overall for a basic 3 star accomodation. Room was clean and large with high viewings keeping it bright and airy. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the lush, well maintained garden and location is excellent- right by beach and centre of Kai Bae for shops and restaurants etc. Breakfast is very basic as you would expect for a 3 star on Koh Chang, but coffee is strong which is good in the mornings. WiFi is irritating as you have to keep logging on every time you want to use it. Service is poor as waited 30 mins for 2 drinks...I got mine but partners was totally forgotten.

There was construction working at the time I arrived and was not happy with that...... to much nois to sit on the balcony and hade to keep the doors closed! When I complaned they showed me the writing on the internet site and they hade also informed the booking company's. I booked by Expedia true my phone app en there was nothing that tells me about the construction work?! Hope you read this to EXPEDIA. The manager and staff helpt me great and it was possible to go to another hotel.... But I liked it the way they helped me and there honesty and the fact that the place has a great location and view at the beach that I decided to stay Would recomment the place to everyone! Hope the writing is well I am Dutch so could be some spelling isseus here and there.

We had a spacious room in the building. At breakfast only the bacon was missing. Many Restaurants could be reached walking a few minutes.

I stayed in a fan bungalow, it was perfect, a fabulous location set in the garden. A very short walk to the beautiful beach, nice pool on site. A nice buffet breakfast included. Easy to walk to bars and restaurants, i felt safe here as a female solo traveller.

KB Resort is situated near a beautiful beach and it`s also really close to restaurants and shops in Kai Bae City. Staff was friendly and helpful. They offered good breakfast in the beachside retaurant. I would visit this place again! Really good value for money as well.

Good atmosphere at the restaurant with quiet music background and smiling staff. The food was very good and there are two places to have a nice massage !

Turned out to be a very nice choice for a stay.

This was one of the nicest and best hotels I have been to when I stayed at some different places in Thailand. Beautiful place, friendly staff and clean room. The hotel restaurant had excellent good food. I like to go back here next time.

The building is newer than the bungalows and the well equiped rooms are very spacious with comfy bed, large bathroom, good air con, great TV and terrace with lovely view of the garden and sea. A great location right on the beach. Quiet but near all the restaurants, 7/11, atms and shops. Beachside restaurant is good and a great spot to watch the sunset. Highly recommended.
