Very nice hotel for the price. Breakfast is very good, with eggs and other hot dishes. Hammondsport's main square is close by.

The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. The room is large with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom is spotless. Restaurant was very good and convenient on a cold, rainy night. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was great and what a location!! Great staff and good breakfast. Stayed here with little kids and everyone enjoyed it all. Beds super comfy and with 5 of us we used the pull out couch which was in great condition.
The only thing I noted was the water in the pool was a little hazy…. Great property and we would definitely stay here again. Nice little gift shop too.

This property is very family friendly. It is clean, the staff is very friendly & the breakfast is phenomenal. Within walking distance to a local ice cream shop & antique store. We go to town to visit family & my kids have declared that we must stay here every time for now on!

My husband and I went to the finger lakes for an extended weekend getaway. Staying in Hammondsport gives us great access to the wineries we enjoy around Kueka Lake.
The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. We love that there is a breakfast there, it’s nothing fancy but good and they keep the area very clean. We also enjoy the fire pits outside, we had some lovely conversations with other guests.
Unfortunately the fire alarm went off on our last night at 2 am! But that was of no fault to the staff or hotel, and it was handled quickly.

The Best Western was amazing. We loved our stay. The room was so big and beds were comfortable. We had a refrigerator that came in handy. We found good restaurants in Bath and good stores and.an ice cream store in Hammondsport. .We loved it all.

We stayed a couple of days before Memorial Day weekend. The hotel was very clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful. We enjoyed the visit to the museum nearby, beautiful wineries and hiking at the Glen Watkins state park.

This hotel looks very new and updated. We had a great stay, very comfortable and clean rooms. Breakfast was good also.

Great check-in. Staff were wonderful. It’s a new hotel but I guess they’re not investing in soundproofing anymore (could hear people walking around in the room above us). Would recommend staying on the top floor if sensitive to sound. Pool was very cold. And the Peloton bike wasn’t hooked up to the app. Room was very clean.

The room is spacious and clean. The staffs we encountered are all polite and helpful. There are not many dining options around the area. Overall, we had a great experience for our one night stay there.
