Clean hotel and value for money but restuarent staff didnt understand English nor dwerw the menus in English which made us struggle to pick food for our 6 ye old kid and us

No it wasn’t amazing , I arrived on 4 pm and receptionist was very sharp without any smile on his face and he insisted to pay the money although I send it during the reservation, next morning the young lady also was not polite talking to her colleague in Turkish thinking that I don’t understand the language, and wished me a good day with fire in her eyes . Any way it was bad choice

It’s a great surprise to have such a nice Holiday Inn property in Turkey. The quality of facility, breakfast options and services is much higher than those in the U.S.

This hotel is extremely comfortable, and pleasant. Very modern, with a gym and dining options within the hotel, as well as in the surrounding area. I would certainly stay at this hotel again. You will not regret it

I liked literally everything in that hotel: the interior, the Big chefs restaurant, the room, the extremely helpful and friendly stuff. Especially the reception team and the Tolga. My stay in that property was delightful! Thanks a lot!

It was nice and pleasant. There were small details here and there but noone can be perfect. We felt really comfortable and home during our 10 days stay. From miss selma and hazal to bellboys almost everyone was warm and kind

The hotel staff was amazing and very attentive. Our breakfast host Sedi made sure we were well taken care of, even with the language barriers. The Big Chefs restaurant had excellent service and a wide range of international food. The spa services were nice as well. I used the steam room while my friend took in a wonderful Balinese massage.

we prepaid for dinner and breakfast and tried to confirm this when we checked in (we were hungry too) but were told that this wasn't included. Hotels.com customer services also told us we were wrong, until I found where it stated it in the email. Unfortunately by this point we had paid for dinner. The room was very hot through the night due to the AC not working and the sun beaming in, it was 26 degrees C. That's the bad, the good was that the hotel was stylish, the food was very good, the staff were very good too. I would go back but ask for a cool room and ensure that I have my confirmation printed out!

Hotel was nice with friendly staff and nice restaurant. But room was 29C and window only open slightly and was noisy with busy street outside. Mini bar fridge added to heat. Aircon only blows hot air in winter with no fan or vent functions. Really bad sleep in hot room with ear plugs and windows open all night. Apparently this is the same for all hotels in tha area. Really need better solution to bring in cold air from outside. Otherwise lovely hotel.

Really good hotel. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Great view of Mount Erciyes from the restaurant while having breakfast. The Big Chef restaurant in the lobby is also fabulous with good atmosphere and service. Only 30 minutes drive from Mount Erciyes.

Holiday looks really new and clean. But alot of staff could not speak english, even room service. Communication is abit complicated but otherwise overall the hotel is great! The rooms are big too!

The building seem to be built recently, rooms are in great condition. The location is also very central.
