I use this location often as I travel to Tennessee regularly. Always a pleasant experience. Front desk associates are very helpful and kind. Always clean and well maintained. The location is in a shopping area with many options for dinning.

This is a great Marriott! Only reason the 4 was the toilet took forever to fill and was loud. But other than that quiet clean super staff and bistro has great breakfast! I would return.

Booked a king suite for our one night stay upon arrival staff was slow to help us. Once finally checked got up to our room it was a double queen with a bathtub instead of a walk in shower. Went back down stairs and the lady seemed annoyed that I was back down there questioning why I was in a double queen instead of a king suite. She then told me they didn’t have any king suites left I told her I wanted at least a king bed and we were given a standard king room at that point. It was almost like she would hope we wouldn’t say anything about the room change. The room was clean no complaints other than it wasn’t what I booked and the staff wasn’t very helpful.

My only disappointment was that the kitchen closed early. Wish they offered free breakfast.

We arrived very late at night, the front desk staff was very kind. When we got to our room we discovered it already being used by someone. The front desk quickly got us a different room. We were great full for the quick help as it was so very late. Our kids had a chance to enjoy the pool before checkout. We were certainly pleased witt he our stay.

Room was just like it was shown in the photos. Comfortable beds. About a 20 minute downtown Nashville. Convenient location with dining & shopping within walking distance. The TV in our room wouldn't work so we had to have the staff come and fix it. The shower wasn't working correctly either. Since it was so late when we discovered this we had to make do.It wouldn't stay on the hot/warm temp as the dial kept falling down and wouldn't stay on a comfortable temperature.There was some kind of "night of love" event going on down in the ballroom. We were unaware & when we returned from our event that night we had to walk through the crowd and down the red carpet, photographers, everyone in their tux/formal attire because they were all in the middle of the hallway where we entered our corridor at. It was kind of akward for the kids to walk through everyone. Wish we were told that when we checked in and could have entered in through a different area. The heated pool was a little too cold for our liking so we didn't end up going for a swim. The gym was nice and had a variety of equipment to choose from.

Uncle Leroy is the absolute best. The EV charger only worked like half the time.

The staff at check-in was great and very welcoming. It had snowed 7" and travelers where weary to get off the road. The remaining 3 days we stayed, there where what seemed to be employee vehicle parked under awning at front of property that made it tough keeping my spouse from walking the "very slick" snow and ice covered parking lots and sidewalks. There was no effert put into clearing any of the parking or sidewalks of the snow that was present Wed-Sun of our departure.

Great place! Highly recommend.

I didn't like that there are no safety bars in the bathroom for older persons, like myself, to get in and out of the shower safely. The floor of the bathtub was very slippery and I was concerned about falling. I placed a bath towel in the bottom of the tub so I didn't slip. You might want to add bars to cover your liability when someone falls.

Our stay was very pleasant. The woman at the front desk was friendly and quick. She mentioned all the amenities and spelled out "pool" so it didn’t excite our two little ones which was very sweet. Our room was spacious and the beds/pillows were so comfortable. The only thing that wasn't exceptional was that one of our pillows had a couple hairs on it. I'm sure the staff wouldve fixed this issue but we had more than enough pillows so we just didn’t use it.

Nice hotel located close to highway and shopping. Fitness centre is small with only few equipments.

Great stop just outside of the Nashville area with easy access to restaurants and other entertainment venues.

Everything was good. My only complaint would be no one came into our rooms to restock anything but we were also only there for 2 nights. So no biggie. Would stay here again, for sure.
