Perfect hotel for us. We love the area, the rooms, the beds, the staff. Only thing that could be better is more wine options with better prices. All the other hotels we’ve stayed at this vacation has good french options for rose and white for around 1200-1400 bath.

Thoroughly enjoyable 4 day break. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was very comfortable and the Hotel was perfectly situated from the beach and the main shopping/eateries.

Fantastic hotel and wonderful staff. Great location. The only problem was that wifi was too slow, unfortunately. Got help at once when I reported the problem but wifi did not get faster. Great place to be on holiday but working was a bit difficult. For holiday a fantastic place.

We loved the relaxed atmosphere and the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff without exception.
Live music by the pool bar was a nice touch.
Our only slight criticism would be that it would have been useful to have usb charge points in the room

Great hotel in a wonderful location. I loved being right next to Fisherman’s Wharf with all the restaurants, shops and fire show.

Great accommodations. Very friendly staff. We had a very late flight out and they were able to accommodate late showers for the family after a days fun in the sun.

Great hotel with a real chilled feel about it. Right on the beach, lovely pool and 2 mins walk away from all the restaurants, bars and street market of Fisherman's Village.

The hotel was located very close to the restaurants and market areas of Fisherman's Village, but not so close as to be affected by the noise. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the concierge was especially helpful in arranging special trips for us.

The pool was amazing with the most beautiful view, the location at the end of the walkway was quiet and convenient to walk to everything in fisherman’s village , if you need laundry up the road it’s very close, lots of restaurants nearby, nightly entertainment , sitting on the balcony looking out at the gulf was lovely , the breakfast was great ,

The showers are constantly erratic, no constant warm water, keeps going from cold to boiling water plus low water pressure. Problem was complained about a few times, no solution provided. Toilet with low water pressure, poor flushing, with perforated Rotan door, very inconvenient, No chair or desk in the room, inconvenient positioning of toiletries, no hand soap by or on the sink near the toilet, Definitely not a 5 or even a 4 star hotel. The staff however are very friendly and professional .

Amazing resort, amazing room and most of all amazing staff! If you need anything they are so attentive and helpful - we will definitely be coming back!
We even extended our stay by another 5 nights it’s so good. Really peaceful and the pool area is nice and quiet to relax.

It has a stunning view and the room is spacious. It was so surprised to receive red packets during the Chinese New Year. It was so nice to have some toys in the swimming pool.
The receptionists and housekeeping staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The catering staff was on the contrary. We couldn't find someone to order even they were free. We gotta walk in front of them and asked them to place order. In addition, they were not familiar with the menu.
The hardware of the hotel definitely needs to be improved. Hair dryer, the tv remote control didnt work well....actually, the remote control didnt work at all. The toilet couldn't be flushed properly which was quite chaotic. Pillows and mattress are too soft. Shower/rainforest was not strong enough.

Great hotel, seaview xl room was super comfortable. Breakfast good. All staff very friendly, Bond and Max at th3 pool bar always happy and cocktails were lovely. Pool was excellent and the beach literally 10 seconds away. Bars and restaurants of Fisherman’s Village and the busy night market a 5 min walk away My only minor gripe was the air conditioning was quite noisy at night, even if our unit was switched off.

The entire property is beautiful and nicely set out and the staff were amazing but the curtains in my room were visibly mouldy which gave the room a bit of a musty smell

Nice hotel for holiday accommodation. Nice location, very close to fisherman's market.
However, the massage and spa in the hotel were overpriced. And the food in the hotel restaurant was below expectations.

The view was amazing from our room and the pool deck. It’s an image I will never forget. The staff were always extremely friendly and attentive. Special shout out to Tee and Meow whose hospitality and sincerity made us smile with each interaction. Breakfast was relaxing and delicious with so many options you wished you had room to try everything. The location was great, on the beach and a very short walk to fisherman’s village. The property was so lovely that even my busy husband was content to spend a day just lounging around. No complaints here—I would definitely stay here again!!

First time to Kho Samui and the Hansar. Nice and quiet location just down the street from the Fisherman's Village which offer options for good food and some entertainment. The friendly staff and service at the Hansar was definitely the highlight.

Great hotel. We travel a lot and rarely go back to a hotel. 3rd time here which says a lot. Just love the place. Pool is lovely, staff are friendly and lots of great places to eat and drink on the doorstep. Love it.
