Liked: Staff friendly, room clean, great breakfast. Didn’t like: sheer curtains, could hear snoring from another room, air conditioner unit noisy. I wish they provided a disposable shower cap, but that’s minor.

Location is convenient to other areas around Cary, but the need for U-turns at traffic lights is irritating (that is not the fault of Fairfield Inn, of course)

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and the place looked clean and neat. We did not like trying to navigate to get to the property. It was dark outside and not a straight drive onto the property - very twisty - and we originally got kind of turned around. But, other than that our stay was great.

This Fairfield exceeded my expectations! The room and the bathroom was so spacious and extremely clean. The bedding was really comfortable and smelled great! The front desk staff greeted me every time I walked in and was leaving. The continental breakfast was satisfying and was actual breakfast foods :) and the dining area and back patio were inviting and clean. Overall a wonderful experience and will visit again if I come back to Raleigh.

Fiancée and I spent the weekend in Cary for an NC Courage game and we love this hotel. This is our second time staying here and this hotel is my first choice every time. Very safe, clean, and perfect distance from WakeMed Stadium.

Nice looking hotel, but guest room walls are paper thin, so you hear everything next door. The guest room’s doors slam loudly throughout the hotel. My room had a badly leaking air conditioner, leaving carpet wet. And, the lobby smelled like chlorine because the indoor pool is right down the hall. So, no, won’t be staying there again

The front desk staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The pool water was so dirty you could not see the bottom of the pool.
There is a mobile security tower in the parking lot which are generally utilize to combat auto break-in.

The room was terrifuc. Spacious and nucely decirated. The bathroom with a luxury walk-in shower was terrific.
Every employee I encountered saud hello and was friendly, even when I wasn't interacting with them at the time.
Breakfasts are a true buffet of breakfast with eggs, meats, potatoes, oatmeal and more.
The only suggestion I have are to bring a usb hub since there are no connectors in the room.

Staff was impolite. We wanted to update our booking to a 2 queen bed but she was incorporative and when we tried doing it ourselves on Expedia, the site kept turning us around. So we ended up not able to modify the booking, despite the availability we saw and even cheaper prices

By far the worst bed I’ve ever slept on. I was miserable and didn’t sleep for days. So hard and coils digging into your hip or back. I bought pillows at home goods because theirs were like pancakes. Indoor pool was dirty, tiny, and very cold. Breakfast was good but ends too early on weekdays. No handheld or bench in shower. AC made me so dry because it blasted my side of the bed.
