Staffs are nice and we had excellent service. They are very helpful, giving us good information about a place to eat.

Big room with ok furniture. Bad wifi. Not very accomodative front desk (for example, breakfast is rice with sausage and a drink; you are not asked if you prefer coffee or tea, if you ask for fruit the answer is just: no). However, they can help you on arranging trips.

Our stay here was like being at home. The hotel is clean and the front desk worker was friendly, hard-working and an so helpful. She made the stay an enjoyable experience. Some things like the broken light switch in bathroom should be corrected but overall we would recommend this hotel for the price value and the breakfast was delicious.

Very nice people and good service, but horrible view of the street, very dirty environment outside the hotel, garbage everywhere, dogs barking almost 24 hours especially during night, not easy to sleep well because of that.

The room they gave me and my parents was really nice and spacious. It was clean and cozy. The staffs were helpful and accomodating. The only thing that needs to be fixed asap is our rooms bathroom lavatory as it was really clogged and it took an overnight for the water to get totally drained. Though, the staff there immediately responded to our concern, unfortunately, the problem was not solved. Nevertheless, they told us that it was already a known issue on our room and they will call the maintenance to have it fixed. Location of this inn was near to commercial establishments and seaport going to different provinces. Will definitely book this place again for our next stay in Bohol.

The hotel staff were very accommodating however due to the storm, there was a power outage and the hotel does not have a generator.

Staff were all very friendly and right away you notice how clean and well maintained the property is. Breakfast was served promptly in the courtyard and staff addressed any questions you had about getting around and prices. Great experience, would definitely recommend to others who visit the city.
