This funky hotel is ideally located next to the railway station (no noise) but still within 5 min walk of the beach and all amenities. The proprietors are very friendly and helpful. Our room was probably the smallest (No.7) and we were given the opportunity to move after the first night unprompted which to be honest we regretted not doing. Whilst there was an extractor fan the steam from our shower created a dampness in the room which we could not get rid of as the window would not open. We were also a little concerned that the fire door at the top of the stairs as frequently left open. The continental breakfast offered plenty of choice but for us was a little expensive given we don't generally eat a lot in the morning. (Unless we have the option of a hot buffet/full english!)

Great little hotel and great staff!! We stayed there with a group of friends and every one was so helpful and patient with so many of us.I was also there with my 20month old daughter and they were very accommodating to our needs. Only negative thing I would say is that the bedrooms are tiny, and the bathroom as well. However I saw the room for 4 and it was super spacious. But really if you dont plan to stay in the hotel much like us, its fine. They have a couple of super well behaved dogs too.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room (although the toilet and shower are very small) interesting retro decor. Easy walk to beaches and shops.
