We had a wonderful stay at Las Palmas Condominio. The location is perfect—just a one-minute walk to 5th Avenue. Three of the best restaurants in the area are within a two-minute walk, and the beach is only about five minutes away.
The property is well-maintained and cleaned every two days. The staff is extremely friendly and responds within minutes if you need anything. The condos are beautiful and well-decorated. Our whole family really enjoyed the place. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay here and would stay again! The rooms and beds were comfortable. AC worked great! The kitchen was more than functional for our needs. We had a great time and wish we could have stayed longer.

The apartment is great and pretty central to Play del Carmen but we had issues with the noise - two buildings next door were being in construction and bars nearby blared music till around 1 am. Big props to Jose who's very nice and prompt responding to any requests - our 5 gal water dispenser bottle cracked at 11 pm and he promptly came to change it (the water dispenser option is a great feature in itself for foreign clients not wanting to drink the local tap water).

We arrived very late due to delays by WestJet and the Mexican airport and shuttle. However Jose ( the caretaker) was great to let us in even though it was after checkin time. So we were very appreciative of him. A family of 6 tired from a 10 hour travel day we’re thankful for Jose. The property is a bit noisy due to the proximity to entertainment district but otherwise it was fine for what we needed. Close to everything . Thank you Jose !

We loved staying there! Great location, close to everything - 5th Avenue, grocery store, restaurants. We felt very safe and comfortable. Jose (the property manager) is amazing, he was always there to help and did just excellent job! We’ll be back again for sure.

Stayed for five days. Jose was very accommodating. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed even filtered water. Close to everything and felt very safe. Gated location in the middle of everything! Loved it!

Overall good place, for a medium to big group parking is difficult no recommend is you rent a big car, construction going on in the back so be aware of the noise front desk no very helpful I kind figure everything out on my own. Good price,and location place was clean beds are comfortable.

Nice central location. Well maintained. Bottled water. Air conditioned. Pool on roof is nice. Kitchen. Only real issue was construction noise from across the street one morning.

What a wonderful property. The pictures do not do it justice. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It is close to shopping, centrally located. Added bonus was the free drinking water bottle in the condo! Very clean and well kept. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend if you don’t mind a short walk to the beach.

Overall, a great value. Travelling with my wife and two daughters, the two bedrooms, two bathrooms with nice size living room and kitchen was ideal. The people running the property don't speak a lot of English but enough to get all of our requests answered. The location is very good and the rooftop pool is nice. The only downsides were the master bed squeeked every time one of us rolled over.

Very nice and clean place, perfect for families. We got a full apartment with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms in an authentic hacienda style. It has all possible facilities - washing machine, dryer, private parking, fridge, stove and oven, air conditioning. The property manager is very pleasant and helpful guy, helped us a lot with our inquiries.
A few minor things to improve - hot water runs off a bit fast, the parking has palma trees, so be aware of falling coconuts :), WiFi didn’t work for one day although was repaired fast, one bed was a bit creaky.
Overall we were very very happy with the place - 9/10

Las Palmas, in fact, is a group of apartments no a hotel. There is a person who lives there and helps to fix the problems that, eventually, can happen. The location is very good, close to everything. The apartment is very simple but good enough for the price. The kitchen is complete and helps a lot to have breakfast at home. There is no elevator.
