Broken and dirty furniture in the room rusted metal parts in the kitchen and bathroom.
Horible brekfast.

The room itself was nice, but we had only one towel. When we asked the front desk for more towels, we were told none were available and were given pool towels. When we asked when towels would become available, the front desk person told us it would be tomorrow at noon. It was 8:00 at night.

The room was not dirty but everything else was. The elevator was dirty, the downstairs bathrooms were dirty, and the breakfast was not good at all except the waffles.

The property was nice looking, and the breakfast was very good. The biding and towels were Fairley dirty looking. The carpet throughout the hotel was very dirty, squishy and sticky. It would Tury your feet black to walk from the shower to the bed.

Pool was out of service, breakfast wasn’t very good. They had no bacon or sausage. Staff said their inventory was low. Room could have been cleaner. Stains on the pull out sofa and comforter.

The property is a little dated but the staff was great! The main downfall was the pool being closed. The main must have for us picking a hotel is the pool. We have kids we travel with so it makes sense to us.

When being checked in I was told they may not have a room for me because diamond members can take someones reservation. Finally got our room and the bed linens were stained yellow, one had blood on them, and another had some unidentified stain on it too. The couch cushions had stains all over it. The bathroom door won’t shut, it’s on a track and it gets stuck. I won’t ever stay here again.

It's said that good people make a not so great experience better. I'd say this is very true for this particular Home2. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. On the other hand the room we stayed in had such grimy carpet that everyone needed to keep their shoes on or deal with blackened socks or feet. I'd never seen anything like it! Additionally anything that was metal in the room was rusty and the overall area had a very bad smell. Just not very clean. I'm not sure what was going on, but something not good must have happened.
Sadly, breakfast was also not very good (cold eggs and sausage). The office facilities failed me. The one time I needed to use a printer at a hotel and as luck would have it it was out of ink. On the flip side the front desk was very helpful and printed what I needed.
We stayed here because this property has an EV charger and allows pets for $75. Having had other hotels not have these items after saying they did we felt this was a positive for the property. We were very happy to know that Home2 actually had both an EV charger and pets can stay for $75.

Decent hotel, room wasn’t very clean. Someone else’s hair balls on floor in bathroom, refrigerator was dirty, beds were made with bedskirt on top as a blanket, beds not very comfortable.

The floor is sticky and collapsed around the ac unit. My husband left us to go watch baseball after being charged more than double the room rate. I am a Hilton Honors member and an AARP member. I am very unhappy. I understand that this is a cheap option but everything is sticky including the sheets. The floor is a hazard and I hope my husband doesn’t notice or he’ll hit the roof.

Staff was friendly and polite. Property is maintained mediocre. No comforter was on the bed, instead there was a sham and what I think is a mattress topper to cover up with. We had the suite and the bedroom door didn’t shut and latch. The breakfast seemed old and stale but we were there at 0745. We stayed there because they had a peloton, but it didn’t work.

I guess I will begin with saying the Front Desk People, were very responsive to issues, and VERY nice. Problem is, there were so many issues! Upon check in, no Remote for main TV. No Bathtowels. No shampoo. No Bathgel. No conditioner. No Lotion. Those issues, they fixed.
They had no control over cracked Tile in Bathroom, the ADA Shower pan was cracked, from the edge, all the way to the Drain in the center. The Bedroom AC/Heat would blow cold air, no matter what you did.
The supplies issue is easily solved, by checking, after the Maids service the rooms. ONE DAY, it can be fixed. Fire the Maid who doesn't do their Job,,,,,the rest will be fine, going forward.

The property overall wasn’t terrible. The continental breakfast wasn’t that great and had very limited options and the room had a VERY musty/moldy smell. Parking was difficult, but the biggest issue I had was the elevator made a lot of concerning noises and seemed to be barley holding on.

Checked in on the 12th to an uncleaned room. They gave us another room that had dead bugs all on the floor.. Put us in another room where the heater went out and also dead bugs. Down to 67 degrees on that night. Tried calling the front desk at like 321 am with no answer. They finally answered and stated that noone works the desk at night which was absolutely a lie. Asked to have the room vacuumed out twice but it never got done. The first night was supposed to be compensated but when i got my printout of my stay, i was billed and not compensated.. I can say that two out of the 5 people i interacted with tried to help but their efforts failed.. Very disappointed in the staff and my overall stay.

After booking this property on Expedia and arriving the gentleman at check in could not find our reservation. He looked for several minutes and told us we were not in their system and I would have to contact Expedia. I was able to call and talk with an agent from Expedia who found our reservation and was able to give me a confirmation number for the hotel reservation which was different than my itinerary number. I returned to the check in person and he still couldn’t find it. He then called someone else with the hotel and told them the situation and then entered our confirmation number somehow and miraculously there was our reservation all along. Obviously he did not have a clue what he was doing and what should have been a 5 minute transaction turned into a 30 minute ordeal. Now onto the room. The carpet had numerous stains all over it. It was disgusting. One of the two bedspreads also had a very noticeable brown stain on it. Again, disgusting. The bathroom door was the sliding barn style door. Somehow it was stuck and would not budge so it could not be moved or closed. The hallway smelled like somebody has been cooking spaghetti out there and you could clearly hear the people moving about in the room above us. The next morning the temperature outside was in the upper 20’s and it was cool in the room so I tried to switch the thermostat over to heat which did not work. I then tried to turn the AC up but it continued to blow cold air. The breakfast bar was lousy and late

There were personal soaps left by previous travelers left in the shower, they were on top of the soap dispensers and a bit hard to see, but there none the less.
Also, would love to see some other food choices for breakfast, ie scrambled eggs, meat choice, sausage gravy, etc. Not just this location, the meal has been standard at each location we stayed at during this travel.
Overall we really appreciate the welcome our dogs receive (although a bit pricey). The size of the room is wonderful and appreciate the kitchen area.
