The staff at the hotel were amazing
We had a minor issue with our room the first night We needed to switch rooms and the staff was very accommodating. They couldn’t upgrade us because they were full but they offered to pay for the taxi back to the airport and then they surprised us with a lovel fruit platter with two wines. Very impressive

Heater i ok n the room could not be adjusted. It was like being in a sauna. Called front desk and they said they will turn off the heater. But, it didn’t make a difference.

Great hotel and good location. My only complaint is that there is a security deposit required on check-in and they did not notify me of this in advance! If they require a deposit, they should let the guest know in advance, so the guest can bring that extra money with them! Apart from that, very nice hotel.

We decided to stay here because of the reviews posted about the hotel. Location is perfect to the city center. Every place is walkable to us. Patricia and osama were very professional on the front desk. They guide us to everything we wanted to explore and do. They made our 4 day stay enjoyable with no problem. Definitely will be back here if we’re coming back to Budapest.

Hope we could find the friendless as we had on another Eurostars. Appraise goes for the morning Front desk when we checked in. But unfortunately doesn't have the same attitude the others at other time. Once went down to request a key that unfortunately left inside the room and when i said Good night, both of the front desk girls even had a skills to at least move the head. Same as when we arrived from our tour and then our dinner even welcome or greet us whrn we stop to leave the umbrella. I don't recommended this Hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located near a subway stop. The hotel staff were very friendly and polite. Numerous restaurants were within easy walking distance.

The rooms are very nice but it was a waste of money paying for a balcony as you’re just looking at an office block so you can’t see anything below you or around you.

Beautifully decorated hotel, spotlessly clean throughout. Team is very friendly, welcoming and friendly. The location is one of the best if you using public transport to get around.
Some of the main tourist sites 15 mins on foot. Airport express stop 100 meter away.
Will definitely stay again when visiting Budapest.

In the Jewish Quarter. Only a few minutes walk and you're next to restaurants, bars and tourist landmarks. Two ladies were at reception at check-in both very helpful. The lady that checked me in explained everything and her customer service was excellent. Only thing is they don't provide water. Complimentary water bottles since this is a 4 star would be great. However the lady mentioned the tap water is drinkable.

The entrance of the hotel is a little tucked away which is nice. The check in was very quick and easy. My room was on the 4th floor. The room was a good size, clean and well equipped. Bathroom was a little small but very nice

This is an amazing find almost in the heart of Budapest. Easy tram rides to anywhere. Clean well looked after property. Staff cannot do enough for their guests and their breakfast is awesome

The hotel is wonderful in all aspects : is very clean, luxurious, confortable, the rooms are incredible. The hotel staff are very friendly and always available. The internet very fast . The most important advantage of this hotel is the location, close to St Stephen Basilica and Synagogue. I will stay again in this hotel if I will come back to Budapest .

The hotel location isn’t bad but there are much better locations. The room cleaning wasn’t very effective, used glasses were left in the room, tea wasn’t replenished and a small bottle of water was chargeable!! Given the hotel doesn’t have a bar or restaurant this seemed a bit excessive. I ordered and paid for a bottle of Prosecco in our room as it was my wife’s birthday the day we arrived. Despite exchanging several emails to make the arrangements it wasn’t there when we arrived.

Most comfortable bed ever. Could have slept for days. Great location. A few minor issues at check-in, but no biggy after - much down to electronics. Would definately stay again.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet was worth it. Would’ve given a perfect rating but the heater at the breakfast hall wasn’t functioning during our stay, hence we were freezing when we were having our meal.
