The first day everything was going well,but the second day when it started to rain hard the water started to pour out from the light fixtures on the ceiling on to the bed below! Luckily it happened when I woke up already!

Spacious rooms right on the beach! You go to Koh Rong for the white sand beach and clear teal water. The hotel's section of the beach is very clean. Bioluminescent Plankton - recent development means it is no longer possible to see the Plankton from the shore, but the hotel does offer boat tours at night to see them

Located perfectly on a relatively less busy part of the Koh Rong island, and great food, clean, pretty much a private beach: it was perfect.

Not for the solo traveler. Super boring place. Food menu never changed and didn’t offer great variety, though it was good. Beautiful location and the staff is helpful. But they put me in a room next to construction and the place was filled with loud children. I found it impossible to relax here. Might be more enjoyable if you are a family. But definitely not for the solo traveler.

The Hotel was exactly what we wanted and really enjoyed our stay.

A couple travelling but splashed out for my boyfriend’s birthday. The staff cannot do enough for you and the location perfect to see all the beautiful beaches on Koh Rong. A must visit, especially coconut beach on a motorbike!

It was set on the most beautiful beach and there was no music which stopped being able to hear the sound of the sea Plenty of sunbeds which can be moved in or out of the sun to natural shade under trees no unsightly umbrellas. The staff were all very helpful and friendly - always had time for a chat. The room was quiet and very clean and the beds soooo comfortable.

The beach is beautiful. Love the quietness and exclusivity of the place. The only down side it is far if you want to access the main village.

The staff were very helpful and nice. I am just happy that there is air-conditioning and hot water on the island. They kept the beach very clean. It is the only place I would stay in Koh Rong (I have only been to the long set beach though). There was not much choice for food, and the fruit juice was changing in size all the time, sometimes I got a big glass, sometimes just a small glass, also sometimes cold sometimes not, I ordered the same juice every time. The food was good though, I only ate at their restaurant, didn't try any others. The massage was more expensive than other places but medium .

Great location. On the beach. Very relaxing stay Food very good and reasonably priced. Recommend the spa, had a massage and facial on different days.

Fantastic Hotel in the perfect beachfront location.

Long Set Resort is on a beautiful stretch of beach. The rooms are nice and new. What we didn’t like is it seemed to be missing any type of vibe. Also I think they really need to train the staff on some customer service. They didn’t clean our room at all which I would have liked them to at least empty the trash in the room. None of the wait staff was ever on the beach serving drinks. Which isn’t that big of deal but when we stayed at a place the night before on Otres Beach for half the cost and got excellent service. The food was so-so. They also had us fill out a card for a breakfast box but then it wasn’t ready for us in the morning. Luckily, we had enough time for them to open up the breakfast buffet anyways. They weren’t consistent with what time it would open. They just seemed to be catering to a large group there and all the other guests were irrelevant. Also make sure to bring cash as their credit card machine wasn’t working when we were there

We loved our stay at Longset even though it was torrential rain on arrival. The new manager could not have been more helpful when we had to curtail the visit for logistical reasons. There is a genuine friendliness and warmth about the staff. The see is clean and clear. Perfect for swimming. When the sun is out you never want to leave. Pool is great for swimming lengths. Very friendly staff that make the whole checking in and checking out process an absolute breeze, a true resort style feel! They went above and beyond and decorated the room with balloons and flowers for my birthday! Would recommend this resort to everyone!

We enjoyed staying here. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel is right on the beach and the water is just beautiful. The wifi in our room was pretty much non existent but wifi did work at the restaurant and it parts of the beach. The hotel has a main pier a few steps away. That is where we arranged drop-off and pick-up. To get to the main village you have to walk along the beach and through the jungle for about 30 minutes. Meals are a bit more than on mainland and the prices at this hotel were only slightly higher than the restaurants in Koh Touch. All the meals we had here were delicious! Customer service was great and the breakfast spread that was included with our booking had a good selection. We would definitely stay here again.

After checking out of some horrible accommodation on Koh Rong, I booked 3 nights here last minute and was impressed. I was welcomed by the manager on arrival at the beach and provided a refreshing welcome drink. The rooms were cool on arrival and staff made us feel relaxed straight away. The resort has everything you need on the island, and at reasonable prices you are able to hire kayaks, motorbikes to get out on the water. The food here is of a good standard and not overpriced like some resorts. But overall the best thing about this place is the views out to the ocean. If you want to just relax, book here.

I loved staying in Long Set. It was very relaxing and all of the staff were very nice.

The resort was generally clean and tidy and the staff friendly, the major complaint is the flies in the restaurant. If the management tackled the flies that appear instantly when you sit down in the restaurant I would have stayed longer. Most nights we had to kill 4 or 5 mosquito before sleep as the doors have gaps. again problem can be solved with a bug zapper lamp
