Excellent location and outstanding staff. The bar has incredible view. Room fully refurbished and large amd also with great view. Good breakfast too. Highly recommended

The hotel has a great location and was very comfortable after a long travel trip. Rooms were quiet and well equipped. Staff was efficient and friendly.

Pillows are very bad and don´t have other type to change it. Last day, i was not able to take a shower because the water was freezing. People are very friendly and helpful even though they don´t have the tools.

The hotel was stylish, in a great location for dining and shopping, comfortable and absolutely spotless. Housekeeping was fast and thorough daily as needed. The front desk staff were especially helpful with recommendations for dining and spa services. A very memorable stay for me and my friends.

Large, modern rooms and bathrooms. Very accommodating staff to grant us a late checkout and help with transport to the airport for our late evening flight. Located right above a large shopping center and a few blocks from tree-lined streets with many dining options

Excellent central location, right next to shopping mall and within walking distance of many restaurants. Property is modern with spacious rooms and clean. Limited facilities on property - consider it just toon and board. We didn’t have breakfast there. Has a nice patio / roof top lounge which seemed nice. Subway is about 5 minute walk.

Generally okay, clean rooms and good location for sightseeing. We arrived early and my room wasn't ready yet so I checked in and they said to just pick up the key later in the day. Cool, no problem. But when I came back that evening they had no idea what was going on and couldn't find my key or any record of my stay for several long minutes. Then my room was directly above the rooftop bar, when I called the front desk to ask them to turn the music down at 1030pm so I could sleep they laughed and said the bar was open until midnight. I had prearranged with the front desk a taxi for the next morning, it never showed. So again, decent place but not so helpful staff.

Excelent location, breakfast staff very good, but linger staff lousy, I.e. couple with kid , they didn’t make kids bed, and dint have housekeeping to Do it. Manager just gave the sheets, pillows for us to make the bed, shame on him,

Clean room and comfortable facilities, kind staffs, reasonable room price, especially its 5th floor is connected to the food court of Mall Costanera Center but so much traffic in front of the hotel gate.

May stay was excellent due to the amazing staff. I truly look forward to going back to this hotel due to the staff and their professionalism.

The hotel facilities, staff and service was great. Only thing is that the menu to have dinner most have more options to avoid having to go to the mall to dine.

Well located, clean and comfortable. Restaurant staff very friendly. Hotel does not provide glasses of any kind in the room, nor provides body lotion, which is a must in Santiago.

Do not stay here because the have the worst service ever, they overcharged in one night and until now they have not refundeis me and it has been 3 weeks i keep calling them constantly and they give me random answers, they are the worst.
