Overall stay was ok except for the people in the room above me kids ran and played all day n night the was up before me and still running n playing

The outside area was dirty

The room was good but the blow dryer didn’t work and they could not get me one, the front door at the office you had to push it real hard to get in, and they couldn’t make me a key for the room the time I was there they had to let us in the room. Real unsafe

The room we stayed in was very nice! We had a fridge, microwave, and a sink with utensils. The free breakfast was also good, although the pancake machine was broken. We went to get ice before we left, and the ice machine was also broken. I know it’s impossible to control, but some of the people staying there made me uncomfortable. When we arrived there was a couple outside smoking, and they had a baby gate up to keep their toddlers inside. The toddlers were obviously not happy, because they were screaming. I also went to get something from my car later that night, and there were 3-4 men standing outside smoking weed.

Affordable and convenient, staff is great food is great, rooms are clean and modern.

The rooms are always clean the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is delicious and they a great variety to choose from. Theres all types of people that go here from traveling workers to vacationing familes. I went just to relax and soak in a clean tub. I will definitely recommend and I hope this place of business continues to provide a nice comfortable enviroment for its guest at a reasonable rate

Rooms very clean

Good location, great staff, quiet room

The staff was very nice when checking in but there were 4 different roaches in the room when we woke up and the room smelled very musty upon arrival.

Great customer service

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were perfect. The blow dryer did not work, however I always bring my own. The ice machine was always empty so they need to invest in 2. Other than that it was a great place to stay and affordable. Good location.

Super nice staff, clean HUGE room with nice kitchen area!

It was very noisy and the room was not serviced one time including the fact that the room coffee was never replenished. We were there 3 nights.

Checked in on Wednesday was down at the front desk every night asking for clean towels and rags because everytime they "cleaned" the room they left rags with hair in them in the bathroom. Sheets also upon arrival found hair in them and had to remake my own bed because "housekeeping was gone for the day" had to do that twice. And our last night staying there came in with family from a long day at the beach walked into our room to find that nobody had cleaned up. Made beds or changed towels or did anything for that matter. Went down to front desk to talk to them and told them how my stay has been and that I wasnt going to pay for that night and all they had to say was "ok well you can go ahead and check out" but it was 8:00pm my family had nowhere to go so we sucked it up and stayed our one last night. They gave me some new towels and rags that also after checking still had pubic hairs in them and I went back up to my room and checked out the next morning. Upon checking my bank account the next day they had already taken out the total of the four night stay so if I had checked out the night before they still took out the four nights. Needless to say I will never be staying at a Days Inn or any Wyndham run hotel ever again.

We came into a room with dirty dishes left in the dishwasher. The next day no one cleaned the room or brought fresh towels and linens

Our room and the hotel was excellent and we will stay again on our next trip to Port Arthur. Our ONLY complaint was the water pressure. It was terrible and made bathing difficult

Room was extremely humid. AC would run and turn off causing humidity throughout the night. Everything felt moist Door was not properly sealed. When closed you could see light emitting through the frame and the door. Sofa and ottoman were stained and dirty. Bathroom smelled, but appeared clean. One of our towels had brown “fingerprint” stains and we can only speculate what it was.

Carpet was very dirty.

Breakfast was really good

The toom are in no way vlose to begin sound proof, could hear everything going on outside the room..

Front desk staff exceptional!

I need to file a complaint the hotel had no water all day today and no one will accommodate us at another location or refund our money. They said I need to contact the place I made the reservation which was you guys

Very clean and updated. Welcoming staff.

The staff was excellent. The homeless man getting free juice at night and sleeping by the dumpster was sketchy. There were burned out barbecue pits outside our room. The room was very clean.

What I liked about this property is the cleanliness of the hotel and it was close to many stores and the location of our trip. Will definitely book again when I get back in the area.
