The only thing that I question is why don’t you have senior citizens discount? We only get a check per month. Y’all can give a little discount. We don’t eat much or take up too much room. 😂

I requested an upper floor, away from the elevator and the ice machine and I received the opposite. I was on the 2nd floor, out of four, and next to the elevator and ice machine. On the reservation the check out time said 12 noon. When we checked in, we were told the check out time was 11 am, so we asked for a late check out. We were told we could check out at noon, but got a call from the front desk at 11:20 am because we didn't check out yet. The message between staff was not relayed. I asked for an extra set of towels and the towels we were given were dirty. There were two good points...the fresh ground coffee machine was nice. I still wish there was a coffee pot in the room though. Second, the king size bed actually had king size pillows of firm and soft variety instead of the cheap lumpy standard pillows that most hotels use with the king size bed. Shower pan had stains and felt unclean. Showerhead trickled water and the adjustment didn't work.

The room was very clean and well appointed. No deferred Maintenace. The breakfast buffet was disappointing but adequate. Food was luke warm and not very tasty. They offer a 24 hour coffee service that is a very nice amenity. Very good location near everything McAllen has to offer. Plenty of parking and an attractive building.

Room was very clean, beds were comfortable. Only had issues with the plumbing. Bathroom had trouble flushing every other time because the tank wouldn't fill and the shower was either cold water or burning hot water. For some reason the water didn't mix.

We enjoyed our stay here. The beds were comfortable, great location and there is spacious laundry facilities. They forgot housekeeping one day, but not a big deal. The facility was clean and employees were hospitable.

I enjoyed my stay there although I was curious as to why they didn't put a coffee maker in my room. They seemed to think that people would want to come down to the lobby for a cup, which didn't make much sense. The staff did provide me with a coffee maker when I asked for one, which was very much appreciated.

Off (but not too far) major streets kept it quiet. Staff friendly and helpful, clean rooms. Didn't eat breakfast but the spread looked delicious.

Excellent! Very clean. BUT there was only 2 towels and there was 3 of us. Called front desk and was told they were washing (we arrived at 10:30 at night but had a reservation so they should have known to put 3 towels in the room) called in early in the morning to ask for the extra towel, another iron because the one in the room didn’t work and a toothbrush and toothpaste and was told I had to go downstairs to the front desk to get them or wait 15 minutes. Luckily the cleaning lady was outside in the hallway and was able to get us everything!

Stayed last year and it was great, this time was good also the beds are super comfy and love that they have dove products in the rooms, but this time the room had a weird smell and the pool wasn’t clear like the last time kinda murky. Still a great place to stay though.
