I was in town to attend a concert. The Hotel was right across the street from the venue.

It was a good stay but the check-in was problematic because of communications between Hotels.com and Hampton. They had the wrong date down for our arrival. I had changed the date and had the proof but they said Hotels.com's payment did not go through and they has us coming in the next week. It was confusing and took 45min..

We went to a concert at the Bok center which is right next door. We were able to park at hotel for $20 a night and walk to BOK and eat the the resturant called Arena. Was good food. We also went there after the concert to have drinks and listen to music.

No bottled water in the room. I received a parking ticket in the hotel parking lot because there was an event going on next door and apparently they were supposed to have given me a parking pass?

This was more like a $100 night hotel, not $160. The price was up'd since it was an event night. Still better than a DUI. Breakfast was absolutely terrible. The sausage looked like it was cut from an elephants foot, milk was warm and spoiled, coffee was terrible. When we checked in we was told there was no parking left and we would have to pay $20 to drive around and park in the parking garage. For $160 there should be a parking spot for paying guests at all times. We spent 27 days in July traveling for softball between Oklahoma, Georgia and Tennessee and paid less for nicer hotels.

It was very convenient and close to the concert we were going to. It was an ok hotel but there were huge stains on the floor and just wasn’t as clean as it should have been. I won’t stay there again.

The hotel looks new however its just ok, not great, just ok. It really lacks coziness. The parking is a nightmare! There is very limited parking next to the hotel but they do also have access to a nearby parking garage for $20/night. Beware though, this garage is also used by those going to the BOK center which adds to the degree of difficulty. And retrieving your car is a whole nother game in itself. ☹️ I don't know that it was worth it.

I was in town for an event with my daughter. Hotel was very clean, staff was so friendly, and breakfast had lots of options.

I booked a (2 bed) room but apparently bc I booked with hotels.com when they ran out of 2 bed options i was chosen to get only 1 bed. What made me mad was that that was never communicated to me. I found out when i got to my room. The receptionist was not apologetic at all. She was very defensive when i was clearly very upset. The pullout couch was hard as a rock. Our refrigerator wasn’t working. They charge for parking fyi. I have never had such a bad experience in my entire life! Oh they also don’t have tap to pay.

We could walk wherever we needed to go. So many different things to do, and all within walking distance. The staff at the hotel was WONDERFUL. Always very helpful in each and everything we may have had questions about. From 1-100 , I would give this hotel 150.

The location of the hotel was great! Very close to the BOK Center and Tulsa Performing Arts Center. Breakfast was great! The pool was clean and well maintained. My only concern was the staff. Some of the staff were nice and were helpful. However, some of the staff (whoever is the operator on their phone line) was rude. Other than that, the hotel itself was great! Would recommend to friends and would book again myself due to the location.

This was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see in Tulsa, rooms are cleaned every other day (however, they are very helpful for anything you may need), and the breakfast was good. Great location and great value.

Nice place to stay especially if you are going to the BOK for a concert.
Parking is very limited. That's really the only downfall of the hotel.
Breakfast is good and goes until 10, which is nice.

Liked convenience to venue (BoK center) but furnishings were old. Also, AC kept room cool but damp & humid all night (sheets, floors, towels, TP all damp), which I reported at checkout. Only available parking for my brand new car was on the street for $21.70! Outrageous!

NO SHUTTLE SERVICE as listed on their website. Why would it be listed as a feature with this hotel and not have it? It is the only reason we booked here as we had an early am flight. No compensation. No take away breakfast. Carpet wet in room, AC leaking.

A lovely property in the exact center of Downtown Tulsa. So many restaurants close and quick access to the BOK event center! Lovely staff and decent parking close by. Pool was well maintained and the work out room had good workout equipment as well. Wonderful property for a quick weekend trip.

I really liked the room nice comfortable bed. Shower was nice housekeeping could’ve done a better job of cleaning. There was hair and trash behind the toilet and had a water leak around the air conditioner and window but other than that it was a great room could’ve had better parking, but it was all right

Very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. If we run the Golden Driller 1/2 marathon again next year we will definitely be staying again

Way overpriced. Not even a microwave. They didn't tell me about the fact that they were going to charge me $20 for parking in a whole separate building. Then had to figure out how to call security just to get my car out. Night staff was just okay and breakfast was ummm edible. That was definitely not a 40 inch TV but I did like the pillows. Moral is you pay for the location not the stay.
